Thank you, Frank, for helping locate the reversible chalk and whiteboard. If you are business person or an artist who needs a large "draft" whiteboard with maybe interested in chalk board layout. I highly recommend buying that.

I got everything I wanted that other Home Depot stores didn't have. And the staff was very attentive to me. Definitely the renewal of the staff by younger people has given a positive result in customer service.

I got some landscaping supplies and was very satisfying with the out come. My yard is looking Wonderful as ever. Thank you home Depot.

This is definitely my go to Home Depot location, I can find everything I need fairly quick, online orders are also a breeze to pick up.

Letty was the first lady who greeted me when I walked in and she was also the lady who helped me reach my budget goal and showed me where the scrap wood was that I could use for the project I was working on and I greatly appreciate that normally nobody helps me out, but she went above and beyond and helped me and showed me where it was and she also checked me out or she was amazing so not only did she help me find the product, but she also was a person who charged me the cashier and she was awesome for and I appreciate it. Definitely need more employees like her.

I love shopping @ commerce homedepot . Workers are very helpful and always will friendly. Recommend everyone to shop there.

To best explain my experience, I must let you know this project planning started over a year ago. I live in Las Vegas NV and the team there helped me plan as much as possible. When I arrived in California a few unfortunate things happen, and I found myself at the Commerce Home Depot. The moment I walked in Karen at the Customer Service desk greeted me and asked how she could help me. I explained my situation and needs and she got right on finding answers to everything. Lyn her Manager also join in on helping find solutions to my needs. Over the three days I was there I continued to return for other supplies and realized because of Karen and Lyn I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Went to home depot looking for help and assistance building a koi pond and it went extremely well as a result of John 's expertise in the plumbing dept.

The other day I bought a Milwaukee impact, and i’m so glad I did it’s amazing for everything i’m working on at home, job sites, and there very compact.

Walter has great customer Service Skills; my husband and myself were very pleased with his assistance.

I came to the store shopping along with my 2 toddlers that were sitting in the basket, I grabbed a trash tote with wheels that I pulled with the other hand as I steered with the other as I show up to cashier we saw it had no serial number and Instead of looking it up or calling someone from that department she said go get another one . It’s clear I already went through trouble pulling the cart with my toddlers and trash can I asked if they can look it up it up or call someone she said no. I said forget it, I know home depot don’t give a crap but they lost a sale very upset. Poor sales attitude

The reason I'm writing this review is due to theamazing customer service I received from both Chris the paint expert and the friendliness of cashier Javier. I went in buy paint but didn't truly understand the correct steps nor paint I would need to paint my metal fence and your employee Chris did an amazing job answer my questions and guiding me on my project.

Giselle has been very rude to me every time that Ive had an encounter with her. And I have watched her be rude to other customers to the point where it is even cringy. She needs to be retrained or placed somewhere where she will not interact with customers. She is rude, obrupt, dismissed, and overall not interested in her job apparently. She has never greeted me when she shelps me nor has she said thanks or have a good night, no pleasantries at all. Just a bad attitude and it only gets worst if she has to help you with something that requires doing any work.

Store has everything you need, clean, staff is helpful. Adrian was very kind and a big help!

Andrea was a amazingly helpful and extremely cheerful. She was serving coffee and pastries on a chilly day with a great attitude.

I’ll never shop at this terrible Home Depot no matter the inconvenience

This location has to deal with a lot of interesting characters, but somehow the employees manage to keep their cool. Love this location.

Love to shop here! Associates are so helpful and don't make me feel dumb when i ask questions, like other locations. They are ready to listen and walk with me to the isle that has the items I need and patiently wait till I choose what I need. Love to go there for any of my projects.

This weekend I went to buy closet supplies and couldn't find the brackets that fit. Chanel was so helpful that day. She walked with me throughout the aisle to find the solution to fixing my closet. I also was helped by Jose, Trevor, John, Ramon and Selena. The Home Depot in Commerce is so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been going there since 2001. Bertha and Martha are like family to me. They are my go to. Maribel is so nice and always greets me. You will love this location. They have to best deals during the holidays. I have purchased all my appliances there. Remodeled my kitchen and built a new fence. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Home Depot Commerce for always being amazing and helpful! Ana O.
