Great shopping experience.

If you are looking to install a door or even remodel I would say to ask for Martha Barrera she is amazing, and made my whole experience so fast and east. I had to install a new door and door frame at my house and she helped me ever step of the way. She was amazing!!!!!

No one says hi nor ask for help

SELF CHECK OUT IS VERY CONVIENIENT WITH STAND BY ASSOCIATES TO HELP WHEN NEEDED

Manager likes to waste time while she is chatting with her coworkers. Asked to be assisted to get a propane tank and had to wait 20mins to get assisted. At the end the manager by the exit had the keys the whole time but decided to waste my time.

A cashier named maribel was very rude at self checkout.

WE FOUND VERY QUICKLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR WITH THE HELP OF THE STAFF. STAFF VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY.

The employee that helped us purchase our washer and dryer was very friendly and showed great customer service. Check out was fast and easy. Would come here again.

Feb 13 2021 11:30am-12:00pm Aisle 12, Bay 001 I needed help buying a laser that was in a lock box An associates was just passing by so I kindly asked if he would be able to help me he said sure let me get someone for you and looked at his coworker that was nearby unfortunately I did not get his name I said to myself oh well maybe he’s going to his lunch break and I notice that he stopped and started to Talk to his coworker me thinking that he was probably asking to help me out but nope A couple minutes past and they kept talking I walked up to the cashier and ask if they could call someone to help me in aisle 12 I walk back and I see these two associates still talking to each other they here the message Alexis which I got his name after and his buddy walk out of aisle 12. At this point I had it I go back to the cashier and I asked to talk to the manager. As we are walking back Alexus walks back to aisle 12 and continues to restock before chatting with his buddy. Kay the (Manager) kindly helped me out calls Alexus since she needs him to unlock the box. I could’ve easily walked in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes but it was longer than that since I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I was with my seven-year-old and holding a baby in my arms. I really hope you guys check your cameras and verify what am saying and talk to your associates. Thank you.

Casher Yolanda from the gardening department was very helpful, kind and considerate. I appreciate that. Give her a pay raise.

Ana and Albert in plumbing are very knowledgeable and help me with a lot of plumbing issues which makes it easier to buy all the right things for my remodel. Rita the supervisor is also very helpful and nice she answers all questions or concerns and has a very nice attitude. Shopping here does make a difference.

The associates at this store were very friendly and professional. They were eager to help and offered great advice. The aisles were clean and shelves were fully stocked especially in the Millwork department. The cashier was friendly. I give this store an A+ rating.

The store was clean and well maintained. Employees were courteous and offered to help. Everyone was keeping a safe distance from each other and since I used a self checkout station, I was able to experience first hand that the employees that are working here, disinfect these stations after every single customer interacts with the keypads and other equipment needed to complete your purchase. Overall, I was very pleased with my shopping experience.

I found employees willing to assist with items I needed. Also, friendly & professional. Excellent pricing and variety of options. Unlike competitors, who do not want to help.

Our experience at this location could not have been better, especially given the current circumstances around Covid-19. As first time home buyers, we’ve been doing a lot of cosmetic work to our place but haven’t built up the courage to start changing out pipes and other things behind the walls. We wanted to change out the shower valve stems along with other pieces to help the water flow in our shower, but we didn’t really know where to start on finding the right replacement parts. We took a few pictures and went to this Home Depot, hoping for the best. Albert was the best help we could’ve wished for. Not only was he proactive in helping us, this guy was a living book of home improvement information. Based off one picture, he was able to get us everything- from all the replacement parts to all the necessary tools. Based off his guidance and tips, we were able to smoothly change everything out back at home. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at this location. Albert and his customer-centric approach has earned our business for life.

Yvette, The Supervisor, was a Great Help to my problem. She offered a solution the other location couldn’t. Definitely was satisfied with my visit and assistance. Will be returning. Thank You!

This store is on my way home so I stop there to shop and pay my bill, the associates there are always on top of their game and there is plenty of parking and near the freeway.

The store was clean and neat, all the associates were friendly and helpful. Vanessa was extremely helpful and made my experience super easy. Thank you for such great customer service I appreciated it.
