Lacks customer appreciation and customer service workers are never in their designated work area store is clean but lacks employee and customer communication although this location is convenient to my home i will go in another city to a home depot where i am appreciated not just my money

Labor day weekend was a little crazy but this location was rocking! They had everything I needed and was well staff, was able to find help to take down a few carpets from the top shelves and checkout quickly! Great Job Compton Home Depot!

We visit the store all the time, we buy just about everything we need there, we like the friendliness, how clean the store always is, how patient the cashiers are with us, and how easy it always is to find what we need with or without assistance. Besides that, they are just across the street from our home. (smile)

This place sucks. They have issues controlling their inventory. Customer swamp out items from one box to the other and they make the innocent cash paying customer feel like they’re the thief. Good luck trying to get the customer service desk to call the store manager. According to them the Manager is not in the store.

Maria in gardening is an exceptional employee, she is very help and knowledgeable about the products you sell. She was able to tell me about the reviews on the product I needed and let me know that it was pet friendly.

I especially enjoy having The Home Depot in my community. It is a welcomed business that hires directly within the neighborhood. I particularly like that you hire many younger people looking for solid employment with benefits and opportunities to grow.

Super helpful! As a real estate investor, I’m at Home Depot a lot and sometimes it’s a pretty frustrating experience when the employees don’t want to help you out. At this store everyone actually cared and wanted to help. Even if they didn’t have an answer, they found somebody that did! That’s big. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was - 5 Stars!

Rodney and Isabella are amazing! I drove from Santa Clarita to this location because of their great service. With buying a new home and all new appliances they have been so helpful and I really appreciate them both. Please send my praises to both of them!

I went to just look at a few washers as mine had just broke. I ended up buying a washer. Evelyn assisted me and she was very knowledgeable on the 2 washers I was looking at. She helped me choose the washer that best fit my needs. She wasnt pushy and she didnt just try to sell me a more exspensive model to help her commission or her sales quota. It was a great experience all around, the store was very clean and organized. Thank you Evelyn for the experience.

I think the store is a mess by the looks of it the lines were so long. I saw multiple people just standing around not helping just looking. What a disgusting way to shop.

Cashier lady was very kind, another home depot lady was very helpful aswell.

Had me waiting for about an hour just to exchange my defective drill set Took them about an hour to have a drill set unlocked for me Just to remove the security chain,a whole hour? never coming back to this depot

Shopping here made me feel like I'm a pro at anything I do knowing the team at this store is so helpful and know how to guide you in the right path to finish the task the right way and 1 stop deal , other homedepot's had me back and worth. this store seems to know what u are telling them so they got the right answers good to know we still have people that want to be at work lol thanks .....

The store was very clean and service was fast and friendly. We received assistance from Khalil with lighting... he was so helpful he ended up assisting us with lamps, batteries, screwdrivers, appliances, and doors. We thank Khalil for all of his time, patience, and efforts.

The managers are not properly trained and provide wrong information as far delivery date in appliances. When confronted they call customer a liar!
