To all Home Depot customers if you are looking to purchase any items from Home Depot my best advise go to Compton store a I assure you that you will receive the best customer service that you will never receive at any other locations .managers and employees are the most friendly and helpful in this store than any other store , go and see it yourself

The store is very clean the restrooms were clean filled up and no clogged up toilets management is good and willing to help as for the associates there go out of their way to help you or find someone to help you Pro service out of all the Home Depot's I've been to this one is fast organized and on top of their game really satisfied with the pro service I do a lot in tools so there's a couple people in the tools department that were very good very helpful willing to go out of their way one being a young lady named Angelica early morning she just hustled to get me everything I needed was really impressed and the store itself was pretty stocked with a lot of things I needed

My father purchased an appliance for us as a gift, he paid with his Home Depot credit card, we ordered delivery with installation kit and we were given paperwork with a receipt of our purchase and a sheet showing delivery date and details. We were told we would get a call in the morning the day of delivery, and that was it, no extra instructions were given to us. That day came and we didn’t receive a call by 1pm, so we called and to our surprise we were told our order had not been validated, therefore it was cancelled (although the credit card had gotten charged) and we were put on hold by various employees for over an hour with promises of helping us, one of those employees name is David. We finally decided to go into the store in person and we received the same customer service we did over the phone, we were shoved from one employee to another and they told us we would have to speak with a manager, we waited for almost 30 minutes before a manager arrived, her name is Ruby, and again, to our surprise, she didn’t apologize for having us wait and wasn’t helpful at all as to getting us some answers on how we could get our appliance, since it was paid for. They eventually, instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, said that there was a “glitch” in their system when we purchased the appliance and that they couldn’t do anything until we were able to prove the credit card was indeed charged; since it was my father’s card and he was still at work, we had to wait till he was home to prove the charges. He lives in a different city and so we went to the closest Home Depot to his home and we explained what happened. The employee at this other store was nice enough to contact the credit card services department for us and they confirmed my father’s card was definitely charged and we should be able to just get a new delivery date. She proceeded to call the store we originally purchased the appliance at and they told her they couldn’t help us right away, she was herself frustrated to hear that they couldn’t just cancel the original order and create a new one and give us a new delivery date. They told her we’d have to call in the morning so they can provide us with new delivery information. We wasted a whole day trying to get this figured out and at the end, we again, were forced to wait for answers till the next day. My family has been doing business with Home Depot for decades, and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had with this company, specifically this store. All we wanted was a new delivery date and we ended up extremely disappointed by their poor customer service this time. We will never visit this Home Depot again.

Great customer service! My family and I did not have any trouble recieving assistance from the staff. We were treated with respect. Our purchasing experience was remarkable.

The manager Edward is very helpful and professional. Rod in gardening and Lyrisse made my day just being helpful and juanito came in and helped find my other item. Corey is always a cool dude in the paint department he helped me buy just what I needed to paint my house. This home depot in Compton is a real nice place to get what you need and get greeted by some real respectful people.

Compton Home Depot is a great store ro shop. All associates work hard to keep store clean and safe, specially when forklift drivers are operating on the floor. The associate are very friendly. Sometimes after work I go to Home Depot to purchase cases of water. I find myself spending 1-2 hours talking to associates. They are very knowledgeable and will escort you from department to department to make sure you have the correct tools needed to complete your project. They also make accurate referrals to licences contractors to protect their customers. I rate Compton Home Depot 200% because I don't have to leave my community to shop for household supplies, appliances and plywood. Also, Home Depot On-line shopping is the best!

The store associates are very friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Kia (I believe she is the store manager) for helping me find the parts I drove down from Glendale to get at this store. She went above and beyond in terms of assistance, more than I have ever experienced at any other Home Depot. Also, just wanted to say this particular store is one of the cleanest and well maintained that I have seen in the Southern, CA area. The supply of materials and products on the shelves was awesome. If I had to, I would drive down to the store again in a heart beat, to get supplies only this Home Depot carries. Very satisfied customer!!

The store was very clean, and the merchandise displayed were in immaculate conditions. The prices were low, the merchandise were in top quality from brand name companies, and there were sales and savings throughout the store,

Josue in electrical was great but the staff at the return desk is the worst. Be careful because they will lie about their policy on return. Do not let those ladies fool you! We had to get the manager just to process a return on A washer and dryer that we purchased. The ladies at the counter told us they do not except returns on those items. We knew the policy and have been shopping at this Home Depot for years. We had to request to speak to a manager. We paid the 15% restocking fee because we knew we had to but just a heads up to anyone returning any of those type of appliances make sure that they do not lie to you and that you speak to a manager.

I REALLY LIKE COMING TO THIS LOCATION. EVERYONE I HAVE EVER MET HERE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Products are available but not help. Unless Mary from Flooring is there. This store needs more employees on the floor to assist.
