Just purchased a Refrigerator from Home Depot and they did everything they could to satisfy our emergency needs. Our previous Refrigerator was no longer staying cold and it was a week before Christmas. We have over 30 guests coming so we're panicked. I am happy to say we took home a brand new Refrigerator!

I'm a Home Depot junkie! I'm in the store at least once or twice each week for help, parts, and ideas for my home and my rental properties. The store is well-managed and the associates are consistently helpful and kind. I would highly recommend the Glen Mills Home Depot to anyone in Southeastern PA.

GREAT PRODUCT SELECTION AND GOOD PRICE

We've worked with Debbie at HD in purchasing several large appliances. She's honest, helpful, and does her research for you. We ask for her when shopping appliances!

Our Concordville Home Depot location is always stocked with merchandise we're shopping for. The floor men are very knowledgeable in their fields. Parking is always easy and the cashiers are very accommodating and pleasant.

Pat helped me locate 10 bags of stones I needed to finish our project. He also helped me load it in the car. The cashier was very nice too. It was such a great experience I’m glad I decided to go back in and shop more. I found an incredible sale on a tool I had wanted plus another item I needed. That cashier was very nice too. Everyone at this store really cares about their customers. I highly recommend this store and staff.

Extensive Inventory-quality products

I bought 2 large appliances this past month and carpeting for a bedroom. I was dreading the whole process but Peggy in Appliances and Joe in carpeting made the whole experience of selection and delivery so much less stressful!! Thank you so much!!!

Mill work…the Depot, seems to be low on lumber materials. Prices ticking up surely…but, at nine pm to purchase wood, now, that is great. Cashier Earl was helpful getting my needs met. I’d go back again.

Ken is very friendly and welcoming. Dylan and Christian are very helpful and they go above and beyond to help customers. Much appreciated!

Staff at this HD is excellent!

I bought a few extra supplies for a weekend project. I did not need them all so I returned a few of the unopened blister packs for refund. Home Depot refunded only 90% of the purchase price of these items. Very unsatisfactory.

I just went to the Concordville PA store and ordered an Electrolux washer and dryer. Katie the salesperson could not have been more helpful. It felt like going back in time when salespeople were actually like that. And Pete, the store asistant manager was perfect-I called and asked to speak to a manager before I came to the store and he was wonderful and encouraging on the phone. I ended up meeting him and was so impressed that he actually cared about a customer's business and experience. Thank you both so much!

TRAVELED 10 MILES TO GET AN ITEM THAT WAS STATED TO BE THERE AND WHEN i ARRIVED THE EMPLOYEE COULD NOT FIND IT AND DIDN'T INVESTIGATE WHY, JUST SAID OH, MABE ITS HERE BUT NOT WHERE ITS SUPOSE TO ME AND WALKED AWAY.
