Went above & beyond in helping me with purchase.

I was looking at herbicides and Tony spent a significant amount of time helping me find the right product. His knowledge is second to none and he is great at customer service. Parina is a cashier who should never face the public. She is rude, made me wait because she wanted to and not because there was anyone in front of me. She ignored my purchases and made it hard for me to spend my money in the store.

I paid for mulch in the garden center and asked for help putting it I. My car. Shane went so far to go to the location where it was outside and loaded it in my car. Very friendly to saw the least.

Marlene is hands down the best employee at Home Depot in Conyers, Georgia. On the other hand Tamara is the rudest most unprofessional person i have had the displeasure of meeting. My five stars are for Marlene not the store.

John in the plumbing department was more than help he was a breath of fresh air. I entered the store super frustrated by the end of our conversation I wanted to hug his neck. He not only answered my questions he also took the time to explain the what behind the issue I was experiencing and John was absolutely correct. After my visit to the Home Depot I returned home and put John’s advise to work. Problem solved. Thank you John. I want to connect with an employee like John during all my visits!!!

I received excellent customer service with personal interactions. The associates greeted me by name every time they engaged with me. They always said thank you and stated their appreciation for my business.

I went in for the sole purpose of just buying a reasonable upright freezer. Yes, Ms. Rosalind showed me what I asked for and explained the features. For the price I was about to pay for one a few dollars more I got a better quality one and am extremely satisfied.

We stopped in to buy and have a plywood board cut. After the cashier call for assistance at the cutting center, we waited 40 minutes, still no one responded. I then went outside to the Pro entrance/exit where the 2 lumber associates were loading boards for customer. I asked the African associate how long would it before he could assist us he replied " its going to be awhile. My husband and I decided to leave. At that time, the African associate said he could help us. After the first piece was cut, my husband and I were discussing how we wanted the wood cut, the rude African associate rudely cuts in stating "I have other things to do". We will NEVER go back to that store.again. Customer service SUCKS!

This store is amazing in terms of customer service team knowledge, patience and simply put "Top Notch" customer support

The staff was very helpful and always greeting with a smiling, and many discounted products.

We go quite often. Todd is the best manager! Everyone is helpful. Prices are great. Store is always clean. Great store to go to and get all the things we need to make our house a home.

Every employee in this store was smiling and happy. I must have been greeted and asked if I need anything by 20 people while in the store. Not used to this kind of welcome anywhere else but Chick-Fil-A!

I just purchased a garbage disposal fantastic product

Just moved to the city and have made several trips to the store. The staff have been great to help me find what I need and answer questions.

I went to this particular Home Depot instead of the one closet to me thinking that the customer service would be a bit better. WRONG!!! I’m guessing because I walked in the store a hour and a half to closing time everybody decided to ignore the needs/concerns that I had as a customer. I attempted to ask one associate for help (light skin with dreads) and he proceeded to walk pass me and my 6 year old like we were nonexistent but the funny thing is HE LOOKED RIGHT AT US. Then ai proceeded to ask another gentlemen all the way on the other side of the store (because all the other associates were too busy laughing and giggling with each other to help a paying customer), and his response to me was the item I was looking for wasn’t in his area and I would need to ask someone else. This has to be the very worst Home Depot trip I have ever had to encounter. Please save your time and energy and go elsewhere.

This is an very Average store. You go in and if you need help you can find it but you might need to wait for the person to finish with the person(s) they are helping. Usually you will need to do self checkout for their is never enough cashiers. If you have wood or anything big make sure you have the barcode or checkout will be extra slow and you will need to run back and get the code.

Bought a washing machine had a issue with it! all parties involved took real good care of us in changing this unit!! thank you so much!!

Had a great customer service experience

I bought a gas grill and wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. Chris came and disassemble a few parts and it slid the grill in my back seat perfectly. He was determined to make it work and he delivered in 90 degree heat and he did it with humor and a smile. I appreciate him so much for his determination and sense of humor because it wasn't easy but he made it an easy process.

I've never had a bad experience in securing help from an employee in directing me to proper area of store in locating item(s) I'm looking for..employees are approachable!

Home Depot used to hire staff who where friendly and knowledgeable Now you are lucky to find anyone to help much less one who cares With that store has generally what you need and in stock

Employees are clueless with inventory stock. All employees are not properly trained to operate equipment for inventory pull. Employees don’t have sense of urgency as far as assisting customers ;who been waiting for long periods of time ,to proceed with purchase .

Customer Service was very run when checking out huffing and puffing rolling eyes talking at me and walking off from me when asking for help acting as if she didn’t hear me. Will kindly be taking my business to Lowe’s
