I shopped the Home Depot in Conyers this past weekend 6/3/2]23. The service was good. Associates were engaging and attentive to my needs. Deborah the Outside Garden Cashier was Awesome. She greeted me with a smile, she was fast, efficient, and she thanked me for my purchase. It sounds basic, but I don't get that response when I shop other retailers

I,ve shopping at this store for close to 30 years and the store has progressively become customer unfriendly. At time when you approach some employees they make you feel like you are a bother. The employees should be aware that word of mouth is the best Advertisement. I have worked 32 years at C as a mngr , they don't pay for Advertisement but rely on word of mouth and very successful at it.

Online Product Availability: what they say they have, they have. This puts Home Depot above all others! Easy to order products for pick up or delivery. Unlike competitors, I have never received an emal after an order has been placed snd confirmed that my order is cancelled.

there needs to be checkouts open with cashiers all day as people like me writing checks cant use self checkout and lots of people like to interact with other people at checkout

Tucson offered to help us and went out of hus way to assist us with our whole transaction and he really made the experience amazing. I used to be a supervisor of service desk at Homedepot in Arizona 5 years ago and have seen the customer service go downhill after Covid and he really made an impact on us and really made our trip amazing !! Our cashier was also very sweet anf another associate in Hardware got us an item in the rafters and was quick to respond to the request. Thank you so much!

There were plenty of associates on the sales floor ready and willing to help. The store was clean and organized. Everything I needed was in stock and easy to find using The Home Depot app.

More than ten years of using Home Depot in several states and find th HD brand to be consistently very high in product availability, employee knowledge and friendliness, store cleanliness and thus me being successful with my projects. The Conyers store is my new local Home Depot source.

I had a little trouble finding a product int he store but an employee was able to help me find it and was very friendly and cordial, the cashier that checked me out, Ms. Tabitha, was also very excellent and friendly.

It would work under the name of STHEPANIE, she treated my employee and I very badly, she didn't want to help finalize the purchase when making a phone cell, she refused twice to say her name, besides that she had no patience on the phone to finalize the payment, bad service this employee should not be working at HOME DEPOT , should give opportunity to people who are really willing to help customers and not treat them badly

I recently shopped at this location and the staff were really helpful and pleasant. Went above and beyond to find what I needed.

After a store visit when the product couldn't be located, then an online order that couldn't be accessed from the lockers on the second visit, I was dismayed. Luckily, Myra and Alice were at the store on the third visit and made sure this trip was successful - thank you!

I went to Home Depot to purchase ONE item, however, Veronica was so helpful, I ended up buying 5, Yes 5 items! Veronica was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Will definitely look for her the next time I go to Home Depot... Thank you, Veronica!

I bought a Ryobi Power washer. It worked better then I expected, better then my old one, Which I had to replace the gun, with a new hose and the gun, cost more then a new unit. The cashier was more then helpful, helping ke get my military discount. The fellow on the floor was on his way to his break time, spent his own time helping ke decide which unit to buy. He gave me his opinion on each, I decided based on that, went to a higher priced unit. It worked better then I even imagioned.

Today is 08-14-22 and I came to the home Depot to buy some house hold items, I got all I needed and went to the cashier where Ms reneisha was so pleasant and definitely knew how to make a customer feel welcome in the store, I will always be coming back to this particular store.

I was so upset about receiving the wrong items, damage Items and missing items. Grace at service desk provide service recovery to resolve my numerous issues. Grace was very persistent with ensuring that my concerns was addressed in a timely manner.

Always visit your local store and speak directly with staff to get the very information about what Hone Depot has in stock or available to order. Howard in windows saved me thousands and suggested I give Hone Depot a chance to give me a fourth bid on an HVAC system, new ductwork, and insulation. They best my other bids!

Went in the store looking to match the measurements for my door asked for assistance and the staff was very nice and helpful I was out within 10 mins
