Everyone was so nice to help around the store

Just very impressed with the layout of the store and the great customer service I received.

This store is well staffed with friendly helpful individuals!! It was very busy however we were checked out in a matter of minutes by a very helpful woman.

Where all my hosing and gardening needs are met.

Staff has always offered to help on what I’m looking for and the products that I buy are great

I went in to have a key made, and Mary in the Key Center was amazing! She was so helpful

Awesome friendly staff especially Jean in the garden center. Other staff helpful in aiding us with our plant purchase. The Fiplodenia plants are great - you had an abundance of them.

We visited the pro services area to complete a tough shed order. Britni was the young lady helping us and did an excellent job providing the information and help we needed . She was very patient and helpful

I am a diy person I have to ask a lot of questions. This time at home depot I worked with Mark Gilmer (millwork specialist) he was easy to talk to and good to explain the differences in the windows I needed. I would definitely go back to him for help.

I appreciate that I can bring my dog in with me while I shop so I don't have to leave her in the vehicle.

I visited the store this morning before work. All the employees are so kind, respectful, and courteous. This is a fantastic place to shop. And when you need help, the team is always happy to help out or find someone that can.

Jean at the entrance as well as the checkout when I made my way through. Very happy and her servants heart from God shined beautifully.

Went to buy a small freezer today and some maintenance odds and ends... everyone was very helpful and upbeat. Loved the energy and they helped me get the freezer in my truck.

My husband and I purchased a water heater from this Coon Rapids Home Depot, and we sure are glad we did. Not only was the item we purchased reasonably priced, the service we received was excellent. Went to HomeDepot had to wait for someone to help with the purchase of a new washing machine, and thankfully the person who helped me was Celia. She was on top of things and knew her job very well, very friendly and made my experience awesome. Great Job Celia!!!

The cabinets took a little longer to get due to Covid, but I was informed every step of the way. They called me and kept me in the loop for everything,

Have been out of several different products all summer, ie.. flooring, paint, Ryobi batteries, its sad to see because I loved shopping at HomeDepot.

I went in to purchase some grip tape. Asked Brenda at the pro desk which brand to buy and where it was located. She took the time to bring me to the paint aisle (I would have never found the tape) and she made sure that I had everything I needed. I was impressed with her willingness to assist. The cashier was very pleasant and thanked me for shopping at The Home Depot.
