I had much better customer service than the other stores I went to for the same thing.

We purchased a riding lawn mower, and received great help from employees, both on phone and in store.

Visit Home Depot Center FIRST, great selection of all plants & flowers, easy checkout and helpful & friendly staff.

Mark and Nathan in the Millworks department are knowledgeable and take the time to explain things, even when they are late getting out of there to go home. Communications is great and we have had wonderful luck with all the departments in general.

My husband and are are frequent shoppers of Home Depot and have purchased appliances from them before. We recently went because we wanted all new appliances for our kitchen and a woman named Ellie helped us with everything. She was amazing, super friendly and did a fantastic job making sure everything was correct and we got what we needed.

I love shopping at my Coon Rapids store. The associates are always to helpful and seem to be happy to work with me. I have many projects and I can always count on them to help. the Pro desk, (Brenda, Joe, Shelly), always so very helpful. Shopping for items is always a pleasant experience. Thank you all.

Variety and plenty of inventory.

My husband and I were shopping for home remodel stuff and we were very overwhelmed at how a small project turns into a big one real quick, like trim work or new doors, Joe at the Pro Desk was very knowledgeable and made this process so easy for us!

We had a fabulous gentleman mix paint for us. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He chatted us up about all types of paint and fun tools to use on paint cans. It was even a late night trip and he was all enthusiastic about being there. I unfortunately forgot to get his name. During checking out, our cashier was so kind and happy. Smiled the whole time and we chatted about purchases. I inquired if he knew the paint gentleman but he didn’t but said he would let higher ups know of our feedback. Our cashier I would highly recommend for featuring as member of the month (or any type of acknowledgment) as he was fantastic too. Seriously, love the Coon Rapids store. I am always so happy from the time I arrive to the time I leave because of the employees! It’s sometimes hard to find the products we need but I know that’s due to COVID. One day it will all end and it won’t be hard to find wood! But that’s not the store or the employees’ fault!

They carry brand specific parts that the other home improvement stores don't but you might want to brush up on your "Where's Waldo" skills. I lucked out, a vendor spent about 30 minutes helping me find the parts I needed for my faucet because neither one of us could find an employee. (Hint; they were not hanging next to the other parts with similar names but they were close)

So nice to have a stress free environment to shop. Aresama, provided an exceptional experience that will keep me loyal for life.

I went in for my blinds 30% off any blind purchase not only was my service wonderful but these two employees really made a difference. Salih thank you for measuring my blinds the right way they fit perfect in our town home living room windows. Shelly you have helped me and my husband receive our discount for our blinds thank you for taking the time to apply it for us we really are appreciated of you. I love this store because I am treated with excellent service hands down the best store!

Never got the flooring and carpet I ordered!! I had to pick over and over and finally settle just to get something-- anything for the house. it was a mistake to come here. But once they got your 50 bucks to bad they won't refund it so your pretty much stuck now and they know it!! I can only imagine how horrible the install is gonna be.. buckle up it's go to be a wild ride.. Oh and a big shout out to Claudia in flooring who was too busy to help me while sitting at her station doing nothing!!! so I had to get the manager Jason to help .. Thanks for nothing !! I won't be back.

We went to Home Depot today to look at new carpet! After talking with a gentlemen in flooring named Boyd Teig we 100% felt this was the best choice to move forward! He was so helpful and Knowledgeable. I would recommend this store and this flooring specialist! We never felt pushed or rushed and we asked questions. He walked us through the whole thing perfectly!

Joslyn provided awesome customer service in helping us pick out our appliances.

Manager Tom made all the difference between a one star review and a 5 star review. Tom and customer service Barb made me feel whole again after a bad experience. Things had been made right and I have them to thank for that.

I'm impressed that a "big box" store like Home Depot has good personal service and can compete well with the local competition.

If you're looking for carpet, Boyd and David are here and have you covered with knowledge and service that is second to none. They greet you with a smile and have that good ole fashion customer service that gets harder and harder to find.

I'd like to thank the home depot for the opportunity to work for them it was an a fun time getting to know slot of the employees. Smart fun knowledgeable people. I will miss not working with them anymore it looks like I have other things to venture onto so again thank you to Home Depot and most of the employees that represent its Core values.

stood around for 15mn waiting for employees to decide whether or not they were going to help me. 1 gallon of paint is not a lot to ask for. you could have given me a paint can opener and stick to stir it with. never again will i visit this store
