Purchased a $500, 86 gallon water tank and nobody would help load it onto my truck. Very poor customer service. I returned the items for a refund due to the lack of help. What a waste of time.

The carpet installer that this Home Depot dictated what he would and would not install after I paid for the measurement process. During the process I was not informed about the limitations of the install. I was forced to cancel the order due to the installer refusing to complete the job,

We purchased a mower, a large item to push through the store. So we went to check out at the Service Desk as it is right by the mowers. Four associates behind desk and a manager. We were informed by Melina that they don’t check out people there. But she would make an exception this time as they were not that busy. I apologized for being an inconvenience to her and thanked her for her time as I gave her money for a mower. Very poor service for any Retailer!

We have had bad experiences trying to purchase new exterior doors online and at other home improvement retailers. The process was easy at Home Depot. From now on, it's Home Depot for us!

Dishonest to customers on return policies, even with a receipt!

I always have a good shopping experience at this Home Depot. They always have everything I need for my home projects in one trip whereas their other three home improvement competitors don't. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful staff as well.

I am so glad we went to the homedepot on SPID, everything went great and would recomment it to evryone that are looking for something even if they are not too sure what they ate looking for

The cashier in gardening devoted a great deal of time to socializing with an older veteran while I waited until there were three people in the line to check out so that he could pause his discussion long enough to address the increasing length of the line.

I purchased some items online. The ac units were defective and needed to be returned to the store. Store messed up the return, then they treated me like I was the criminal when they were the ones ripping me off! I had to wait over an hour for them to watch the security footage of me returning the defective air conditioners, only to have them still argue about they need to verify what they did with them BEFORE they issue my refund. Absolutely ridiculous way to exchange items! I couldn't just exchange them, the store lost them, waited for them to correct their mistake (witch is still not corrected) BEFORE i could reorder online. Too many steps in this process. Online costomer service is no help, and cannot help with items returned in store, but want you to return to the store.

The Corpus Christi Home Depot is our favorite shopping destination. We always receive a friendly greeting at the entrance and there is always a helpful associate available to direct us to what we need. The Garden Shop is an especially great area to shop, especially in the Spring and early Summer when it is beautifully stocked and displayed with plenty of help from associates and cashiers. We have purchased everything from a packet of seeds to a new refrigerator and we're never disappointed with the selection and service.

I bought a tool that is useful at a good price

The two employees that I came in contact with (electrical circuit breaker boxes and cashier) were both very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were customer oriented and made my experience quite positive. I hope all my shopping at Home Depot is this good. Thank you.

Home Depot has reviews on receipts, like many other stores. Usually no one does there, or you get asked all the time but never get to it. This location constantly has staff that are friendly, knowledgably, and go above and beyond for the customer. The GM here is making great hires, and I always know I will get great service there!

Home depot always treats customers fairly

No hot water. Called on Friday-We'll be there Tuesday. Tuesday was told to pay and we'll install now. I paid. No installation for 3-5 days due to computer glitch on Home Depot's end. The plumbers said sorry.

I entered your store back in November shopping for a new door for my back yard. I knew nothing about door construction or weather rating. Bill Besterman walked my through the process of construction, durability, and installation. With his help and encouragement I was able to complete the project.

Bill Besterman in the Corpus Christi Home Depot is one of the best. His knowledge of doors / windows for our hurricane prone area was excellent. He helped me navigate through options that made sense and were cost effective. I highly recommend Bill if you are looking for doors and windows.

They always have what I need for my home improvement projects compared to their other competitors in this town. I always end up coming back to this Home Depot.
