I called to get help with my ordering and was rudely cutoff mid sentence only to be provided a number to call and unceremoniously hung up.

I went today 2/1/22 at 12:30pm to purchase some lawn equipment and had a hard time getting service. Very disappointing... Mgr who finally helped was unfriendly. After A VERY long wait over 40 min we finally were able to check out. I was not in the best humor approaching the check out after the sub par service from the manager. The cashier Celeste however was very pleasant and friendly. She was very patient and even suggested I sign up for the home Depot credit card to save $100 on this purchase. There was a long line and it took a while to sign up but in the end I was approved and did in fact save $100. Thanks to Celeste I left very pleased. She did a great job and I would be proud to have her as one of my employees at my business. She also mentioned the survey which I did as well.

I needed help with my account and the person who answered the phone as rude and cut me off. She would not listed to anything i had to say and put me on hold. She came back and gave me a number to call. This is basically what happens every time I have work with the front office bunch.

Home Depot provides good products at a good price. Friendly associates are very helpful and it usually doesn't take long to get checked out.

I bought a plumbing product i needed to get installed today. I told the clerk i was prior military and showed my Nueces County pic Veteran ID card which you get only when you file at courthouse a copy of service called DD214, they verify you as a veteran and issue you the id card. The clerk said the card was not accepted at Home Depot! :(

All of the front end employees are extremely friendly and provide great customer service

We were very pleased with our last visit. Pete helped my wife and I locate and decide on sink fixtures. We received prompt and courteous attention. He went a step further and searched other parts and price options. He exceeded our expectations when he decided to get a latter and look at other parts available on the top shelf of the isle. Give Pete a Raise! (No, we had never met him before and he is not a relative.)

My cashier was very proffessional and cared about my issue. I purchased a 28000.00zero turn. In the morning. It needed a grass deflector. I told the associate il give I would pick up at 5 pm. To give him time to install. When I went to pick up. The customer sevice man. Very unprofessional. Told me they could not find the deflector. Told me if I want it I have to get from manufacture. If I wanted to take as is is. I said it is a safety issue I could accidentally kill some one. He didn’t really care about that. I refused to buy and I got a refund. Bad business . I will go some where else to buy. I am very dissapointed.

When you ask to call for a manager. I don't appreciate a straight stare from the cashier to see if I'm going to step down..

I wish I would have copied the review I just typed on my survey for this home depot on the previous pages. Howard and Raymond in the service and repair department greeted me and my husband immediately upon entering their area on our early morning visit with 2 mowers in tow in need of repair. Both are perfect representatives of your store and if all employees were of this caliber I'd be recommending they teach or train all employees of "how to do it right". One mower was repaired on the spot quickly and started up several times to ensure of repair and easy to start. Recommended new filter also and obtained one and replaced the filthy one. gave several "how to"s and what not to do's. I will for sure use this store for all that I can and I can say I have passed the recommendation of tool rental and repair to 2 of my neighbors. I say thank you and will see you often.

I was double charged for a $59.00 drill and didn't notice it until I returned back to Ohio, be sure and check your receipt before leaving the store.

I have visited many Home Depot Stores but the best experience I had was at the Corpus Christi Location on SPID.

The Customer Service we got from Monica in the appliance department was "Absolutely Outstanding"! She went above and to beyond to help us purchase a Samsung Gas Range with ease. Janie at front register was great also.
