Too often shelves are not stocked sufficiently of certain items especially in the lumber department. A good portion of the lumber is either damaged from handling or it is split, warped or is just inferior quality.

Rebecca is a true asset to the company. She was so friendly and helpful. She definitely knows her stuff. I am pregnant and she made me feel so welcome and helped me get the items I needed during my shopping trip. Usually the Home Depots I have been to are not that accommodating, especially for a pregnant female.

Shan was of great help with choosing the proper radiator giving feedback and guidance for else u would need. Store didn’t have any safe distancing signs and all people where too close to each other.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, return policy goes easy lots of parking prices are fair customer service has always been outstanding and the store management are very cool and understanding to your specific problem, they don’t cut you off and move on, they take their time with you until resolve.

Home Depot had Lysol and Lysol wipes today. I was extremely happy to find they had plenty in stock!

Was a routine visit until Christopher Johnson in the paint department assisted me. Was attempting to match a wall painted in 2016. Christopher used a chip to color match and mixed according to its specs. The mix was off too light Christopher then searched the swatches for a match. He found it, used the existing paint mix to additional pigment, then tested against the chip and was close & left happy I painted and its a perfect! Christopher went beyond my expectations! Thank you Christopher!!

Outstanding Customer Service in a clean well stocked and organized environment. My wife and I sat with Brenda in kitchen design and thanks to Brenda's expertise We will have our new modern kitchen that my wife waited for more than 20 yrs for ....installed shortly . .

One of the cleaner and more organized HDs that I have been to. And on my last trip the employees were particularly friendly and offered their help without my having to search for them or asking. New store manager? Idk, but it was helpful and appreciated.

Store in some areas need to be kept up and a little cleaner. Some products had dust on them and I wonder if I should buy yhe product knowing its been on the shelf for a while? Whenever i asked for assistance an employee would stop to help. Or passing they nory said good day meaning whatever time of day I would be in the store

if it said online the store as X amount don't believe it, Don't call you will be on hold for ever, you give them a SKU # and they can't find it ITS POKE AND HOPE AT THIS STORE

Scoped out the most AMAZING tiles. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Bought some for a new project, even though that's NOT why I was there!! Had to ask for help 5-6 times and we always found an employee and they were all very helpful!! Got the job done! This Home Depot ROCKS!! Everyone wearing protection. Cash Register Line went very swiftly!!

Employees don’t know where products are located.

Always find what I am looking for. Excellent costumer service. Some staff members know me by my name. Really cool!!!

it's the closest Home Depot to my location, so the travel is convenient. I just wish they had better stock inventory updated online.

Your employees listened to my health problems. And spent quite a bit of time to find me what I needed with said severe health issues. They went above and beyond all expectations. I am eternally grateful, especially to Mike and Joe. Wonderful people work here.

The associates are super helpful even when they are overloaded and the stock isn't in like it says on the website. They can make the trip worth while

IT'S A NICE STORE AND CLEAN

First off I will say that I never do these reviews. But I feel like I have to do this one today. I bought a grill and I was told to wait for someone to come and put it on my truck. I kept waiting and waiting until a gentleman Eddie from paint asked if he could help and in minutes I was out of there. He got me the grill, cleaned all dust and bird poo off it, took it apart and loaded it in my truck. I wish all your staff like this young man.. Thank you again Eddie from paint!!!! Above and beyond!

Our biggest issue is that returns and pickups have been combined costing our company much valuable time.

Horrible! The curbside pick up that they encourage you to do during this time, is a WASTE OF TIME. For the third time I have bought product online, also ordered at the store PAID FOR the product and they SOLD the product to someone else. How do I know they did this? The employees TOLD US, showed us on their computer OUR items sold. Yesterday we called ahead and confirmed there were 24 tile sheets, which we paid for THE NIGHT BEFORE, the associate said yes, when we are there only TWO OUT OF TWENTY FOUR REMAINED! They have actually on two occasions sold tiles with our NAMES on them, to other people. In case you all don’t know employees get incentives when they ring up items on their little tracker while they help you. They get commission, I was told This by the MANAGER PETER, he even gave me the name of the employee who sold them the first time and straight up said,”he sold it for the commission.” That makes me feel better? I PAID FOR IT! They put a sticker with our last name on the purchased product, put the product in a special area of the store ONLY FOR PICK UPS and on THREE separate occasions since January the CORTLANDT MANOR employees go through customer’s purchased items and sell them to someOne else. The manager is aware and continues to let this happen!? Wow. But that is far from all! Check this out, wood cutting stations that are complete with unshielded saws are UNATTENDED, naturally their site won’t allow me to upload the awesome video of my boyfriend sawOmg moldings by himself because there were LITERALLY no employees in sight, thankfully there were also no children in sight ready to go explore the unattended wood cutting stations. I had three different fellow customers, ask me if I had seen any employees around. When we did see an employees and we asked him for a cart because we were shopping for 20 minutes and couldn’t find a cart, he said NO and kept pushing his empty cart. I also have pictures in every area of the store of carts FILLED with empty cardboard or shelf restock, abandoned By employees sitting around the store, while customers lug heavy items around. Never again!

Compared with other Home Depot stores I have visited,this one needs to give plenty of attention to cleaning the aisles and general upkeep,both in store and in the outdoor area.I also notice areas that could pose potential safety hazards.

Today, I found it awful on how so many of the employees in the Lake Mohegan Home Depot did not wear masks or improperly wore masks. Check the right rear time clock at 1:04 today. An employee walked all the way in without one at all. Many others had them half or fully off even thought they were close to people. Does this Home Depot in NY think wearing a mask is optional? Where are the managers?

Ordered on line for Curbside pickup. When I received notice that my order was ready I went to pick it up and was told there would be about a 1 Hr wait. After 2 HOURS I was told to go inside and shop for myself...I cancelled the order. The next day I did go myself and the first 3 employees in the Garden Center refused to help, one told me to find someone else, the second went down and aisle and disappeared the 3rd called for some one who never showed up. As I was walking out I saw 2 young man and thought I'd give it another try, glad I did they were VERY Helpful.

Cashier Maureen was rude, condescending, and just terrible in general. Ive never had such a poor experience with a cashier at this store. Maureen should not be working in customer service. She has a nasty attitude and lacks people skills.

Employees are very nice , store is very clean .
