I love the Home Depot because they have so much excellent products, and the people are so helpful and friendly. I also love that THEY LOVE our veterans, and have special parking for them. They get 5 Stars in my book.

CLEAN FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL STAFF .

The service I received from Rick (who came over from gardening because Mike was on vacation was excellent! Prior to this I have purchased more than a thousand dollars of plumbing supplies over the past week or so and both Rick and Mike were exceptional with their attitude , knowledge and professionalism

Gema Meller is the greatest !!! She helped me design a remodel of my kitchen. She really knows her stuff. She's very knowledgeable, creative, experienced, a good listener, and patient.

My dog Chewy loves to visit this home depot. He especially likes Dina who has watched him grow up. Thank you Dina! Chewy says Hi! Please let her know that she is awesome,she deserves this recognition.

I went in for blinds. When I asked an employee for help they directed me to the flooring desk while 3 associates stood talking at the next department. The flooring associate was with another customer but never acknowledged I was waiting nor called someone else to help me. I waited for 20 minutes to get help with blinds and left without purchasing what I initially came in for. I am very disappointed. The associate was an older lady in the flooring dep. with gray hair and a “coach” apron.

Store seems to be regressing instead of getting better.

I went to the Garden Center today 3/17/21 around 1600-1700 and happened to see those open soil bags and took them out to the cashier to ask if I could buy them at a discount price. The older lady associate working in the Garden somehow decided to get her supervisor involved who took me to the back of the store and insinuated that I tried to open those bags on purpose just to get the discount???? They said if they are to provide discount on those bags they would put up a sign and leave them at the very back side of the store, then how would the customers know? they went great length to make me feel like criminal and their prejudices were so high I would never come back to this store again.

Tina was very kind and ask how my day was going. She went above and beyond in helping me find a tool in the store. Also, she gave me information on the current offers and promotions.

I have been going to the Costa Mesa Home Depot I think since the location opened years ago. It is my go to store for all my hardware and landscaping needs.

The best Home Depot in the area. The staff is always kind, helpful, and professional. I've never had a question or issue that they haven't been able to tackle. Best of all - the garden section is extensive and you can always find something great for your garden.

This location is always well stocked and well staffed. Sticks out amongst other locations in the area and it’s central location is only an added bonus.

Employees are very friendly.

Worst customer service ever, rude staff that does not care about customer satisfaction at all. Bring your own lumber cart because they only have a couple and will either be in use or no where to be found. Oh, and the lumber is about as quality as the staff. Good luck trying to find a straight 2x4.

If you're at the Home Depot store in Costa Mesa and Looking in the Paint Department? Find Marlyne ~ knows her stuff and where everything is as well. A good soul and a great help.

I had to ask 3 people for what I was looking for, what happened to customer service where they walk you over to find what you need? I had the same trouble recently trying to buy carpet and having to track down someone to help me. Very disappointing

Alot of employees but nobody approaches you for helping you need it

Had been disappointed w/ Home Depot lately/ last few experiences have not been so good & I have been doing more & more shopping at Lowe’s... But had a fantastic experience on this trip/ restored my faith in Home Depot! Thanks so much to Robby in particular.

Alex in the Garden Center was an absolute pleasure. He showed genuine care and empathy for mine and my boyfriend's projects. Alex gave us a multitude of suggestions and advice for a project where we were feeling so lost. BIG shoutout to Alex for his all-star service!
