The Cottonwood, AZ Home Depot store is an excellent place to shop and be helped with most everything one needs. Brad, for example, is a great associate who is knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to offer advice. Overall, however, all employees are extremely friendly and highly qualified to offer help.

I came into this store looking for cabinets not knowing exactly what I wanted. I gave Dan the measurements, he got on the computer, and there was a pic of 5 cabinets how they would look together, and I said, that's it! So kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable, and even helped get them in my truck. Everyone was so nice and I couldn't be happier with how my project turned out.

We were very happy with the outdoor employees at this store. Kudos to Brandie and CJ for helping us figure out trees, fertilizer, and plants to purchase that were reasonably priced. We are from Prescott Valley but were so glad we stopped in at the Cottonwood Store and will return.

Brad in appliances patiently taught me about dishwashers and helped me find the perfect model! I had been anxious about choosing an appliance, but he made it so easy, understandable, and enjoyable.

The store is great and all; but all it takes is the customer service one of person to make it worth it..

The staff was so helpful, and though they were just getting in Garden supplies, it was very organized. Brandie the cashier was so friendly and positive, she made our day.

The Store very neat and the people working very pleasure.

Had the sprinkler parts we needed. Didn't have as many edge bricks as we needed. We'll come back for more. The new light filtering cordless cellular blinds we a disappointment. The previous versions were a pleasant surprise for the price. The new design 793478875392 accommodates an optional lift motor, but the change made them look cheap & bulky. We'll look for something else next time.

Cashier Brandie was especially helpful

Brandie at the self checkout area was a great help when I could not get a code to scan on a small item. I appreciated her upbeat personality and ability to get things done.

I ordered lumber from the Pro-Desk. Because it was late afternoon I offered to allow them to pick the order during the night for my pick up the next day. When I showed up the order had not been picked and I was informed that they "had not gotten to it" They offered to have an associated help me pick the lumber out. All was going relative well until we came to the 2x6x12 that I needed. They only had a few in the bin and they were warped. The associate informed me that a fork lift was needed to get another pallet, but it would be about a 45 minute wait. I informed the associate that I had another appointment and THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY having to run around. I told the associate that I would return in 90 minutes. Had to drive 15 miles back home. When I returned 90 minutes later, after driving the 15 miles back, the pallet had not been pulled. I was told the fork lift guys were busy cleaning up a bunch of lumber they had dumped while taking a load off a truck. I waited 30 minutes for the fork lift operator to show up. They fenced off my shopping lane and one on the other aisle. I watched the fork lift operator just sit on the fork lift talking on his phone and doing nothing. I waved at him to get his attention, but he just ignored me and kept talking on the phone. I went to other aisle and asked why the fork lift operator was not getting my lumber down from the upper racks. The associate pointed to an old man walking around the adjoining aisle, back and forth, apparently unable to find what he was looking for. Meanwhile, myself and many other customers were not allowed in to aisles to shop. Me, I WAS NOT GETTING MY LUMBER. The associate stated that the old man had sneaked pass the barriers, that it often happens, and that the fork lift operator could not begin to pull the lumber until the old man was out. I BLEW A GASKET and told them to get the #&^$&^%^%#!! out of there. They finally did. I wasted a half day trying to get my lumber. I have sent thousands of dollars at this store during the seven years I have been in Camp Verde. One project I did cost over $17,000 in lumber and TREX. I must state that this store is useless.

I always get parking, employees are very friendly and helpful and usually have everything in stock and cashier's always friendly

great store for home improvements. Many items in stock, employees helpful in finding items your looking for, Sonny at the Pro Desk has been especially helpful with our items we had to special order for the remodeling of both our homes

I WISH YOU GUYS STILL SOLD AUTOMOVTIVE PAINT SUPPLIES YOU - HAD STUFF - NO ONE ELSE CARRIED I BOUGHT A BUNCH FOR MY TRUCK RESTORATION PROJECT. Now I have to buy on line very expensive !! $$

Cory or CJ was so awesome that I had to write this review! He was so helpful in our choice of product. He loaded our cart, transported it to the register and then loaded our vehicle. Home Depot, you have an awesome employee!!

Generally I found the store personnel to be uncaring and rude. Would not shop at this store again.

The store is kept clean and organized. Although I'm not a fan of this layout as it reminds me of another blue home improvement store, its generally easy to navigate in. I only had 2 employees I dealt with on this trip, and the help I got in storage was good, but Jasmin while helping me checkout was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable on the products I purchased even making some recommendations I had not considered but purchased on my next HD visit (thanks for that!).Customer service like that deserves constant and consistent recognition IMHO. Good Job Cottonwood HD!

Very Good location of store, friendly service. easy to locate what I am looking for too. There should be more than two registers for check out.
