I bought a saw that was on sale it burnt on me and I bought it in the first cashier was kind of rude. But miss Charlene man I wish she was my neighbor. And she helped me save money on my new Ryobi.

All I can say worst experience of my life..took 45 mins to place an order. Then when it arrives its damaged. The replacement was damaged. Has to BUY SECOND ONE to get the replacement. Then HAS TO WAIT 5 DAYS FOR JUST A REFUND RECEIPT..AND HASNT HIT MY BANK. They sure can deduct it fast but getting a refund I HAD TO CALL..

When this store opened, the focus was on customer satisfaction and knowledgeable staff. Over the past several years, the store has reduced its attention to the needs of the customer. While the store does have the stock on hand for large and small projects, there is no assistance both within the store or when loading.

Went in for a few deals I saw online and were able to find them no issue. Exceptional experience all around from receiving assistant in retrieving cleaning products and dryer sheets from an overhead bay, all the way to the check out process.. Special thanks and appreciation goes out to Kelly in assisting in a hiccup at checkout. She persisted and allowed me to have the best experience possible.

Sheila really knows her plants. She helped me pick out the right ones for the area I needed. Also she got someone to help me carry out the heavy bags of potting soil I bought . (I’m old!😁)

Ashten and Tina were easily the GOATS in my customer experience!

I have shopped this store for many years and the customer service continues to get worse, other than the cashiers. numerous employees watched me load large quantities of lumber on a cart, check out and load it onto my trailer. A little help would have been greatly appreciated. I received more help from other customers than I did from the Home Depot employees.

This store is always well stocked and the best part is that their staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you again.

The associates in the Returns department are patient and use problem-solving skills to help you. I was exceptionally impressed by Ashten - who was empathetic and went above and beyond to help us after a local contractor left us high and dry. You DO have a choice of home improvement places in Mandeville/Covington and Home Depot is where I will consistently return because of their knowledgable and engaged associates.

You always find what you need and more when here. And if you arent sure where to find what your looking for, ask any of the workers. They gladly help every time.

Lock everything of behind metal gates and then waist my time 'assisting me' check out after they removed the check out lanes to install self-checkputs..

I remember years ago when customer service was the number one thing that was important to a retail store. This day & age I really experience any of that in most stores. Except for my Home Depot here in Covington Louisiana, I come here for everything. The customer service is impeccable. They’re always ready and willing to help With any of my needs I always leave feeling pretty special. Thanks, Home Depot in Covington Louisiana.

I will continue to come to Home Depot Covington, La. #0358 for all my home needs. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the garden center!!! They have the ABSOLUTE BEST plant selection I have seen ANY home improvement store have!!! The store is very clean and very well organized.

I’m 75 years old and have never experienced someone as knowledgeable as Jan in painting. Not only did she know what she was talking about but she took time to help us make a good decision about our paint.

Needed a new refrigerator. Went to one big box store and NO ONE offered to help me! From there, I went directly to Home Depot where I was offered help in a timely manner. And, I was able to view a product like the one ultimately purchased.

WE did have a very good experience with “ Maegan” at the appliances. She was looking all over to make sure it was not a other choice of refrigerator. She explained very well the differences between the insurances for the appliances. I recommend her for your next appliances shopping in Covington.

Sometimes the items I look for are difficult to find or to describe, but Jan in painting, is one of my go-to people. Employees are always seemingly helpful in finding items and it is well-stocked. I find the store in Hammond has a wider variety of stock.
