Very Friendly n Helpful Staff!!

ALIYA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE YESTERDAY AT A DIFFERENT HOME DEPOT, BUT ALIYA FIXED EVERYTHING SO FAST AND GOT ME ON MY WAY. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT AS A BUSY PROFESSIONAL.

I was looking for Murphy's Oil Soap in the cleaning aisle and an associate was putting things back on the shelf near me. Seeing that I was looking everywhere, she asked if she could help. When I told her what I was looking for, she brought me to the new location where light bulbs used to be. I am sorry I don't remember her name. The cashier who handeled my return on the same visit was also a big help.

12/5/2023 Covington Home Depot #0358 Cyber Monday I came to your site to shop for a deal on a sander. That search snowballed into a noteworthy experience. The next day after purchasing a Ryobi Corner Cat and Orbital bundle I received an email confirming my purchase. There was a ad for a Ryobi Drill Combo/Bundle plus two free tools. I thought to myself what are the odds of the free tools are the ones I had a need for. To my surprise I could get a free sander and free router for future project. Then I could save another $50 by opening a HD Card. I’m all set until I went to check out I couldn’t enter the shopping pass that was sent to me by CitiBank. So the operator said that I could make the purchase and once I receive them go to the store and they will do adjustment for my $50. I thought that’s easy enough or so I thought. I live 45 minutes away from the nearest HD so I can’t just jump in the car. The next week my mother had a Dr appointment so that was going to be my opportunity to do the exchange. A simple in and out transaction was not the case. Jaylen a very nice gentleman explained to me because it the product did come from that store that a simple computer return/exchange had to be a physical exchange. However, I couldn’t repurchase the items that I wanted. This was the most asinine return policy I have ever heard of. With my mother sitting in the car my anxiety and frustration started to increase. I thought that i would just forget the entire purchase. Jaylen listened to my concerns an apologized for the process. His kindness somehow calmed me down. So I decided to reshop all my items. Went to the tool department a quickly got overwhelmed with tools a both sides of the aisle. Probably seeing the confused look on my face Elizabeth walks up and takes over. She simply took my list reshopping all my items that I reluctantly surrendered to Jaylen. At this point my anxiety was nonexistent. I went to the self checkout only to have issues with my shopping pass. Another HD Angel appears, Elaine. She identified the problem right away I took screenshots of the shopping pass she needed a portion at the bottom that I didn’t capture. After a quick search in my email I found what she needed. I only thing was because the corner cat was out of stock I didn’t meet the $300 threshold. So Elaine suggested I do more shopping. That’s when I found my favorite new toy a Ryobi Cordless Hot Glue Gun. I laughed remembering how many times have I had to run to my project before the gun cooled again. I returned to Elaine she waved her wand and I got my $50 discount. She shared in my excitement how much I saved, $188. So thanks to running into these three amazing individuals they turned a negative experience into a satisfying one. Please lift there three associates up. They wear that Orange Apron with pride.

I shop here regularly, and I am satisfied with the selection and products. I am afford.

I buy alot ftom Home Depot and today when i went to return something without a receipt to get store credit so i can buy agsin, i was warned that i cannot do it anymore. Their website clearly says any returns without a receipt will get a in store credit with valid ID. They say one thing and do another. They must think they are the government!

I am starting a big project... To create a floor in an attic space. I started with four sheets of plywood 8x4 Michael help me get them down and he also cut them to saw. He was very helpful the entire time. Then I thought of another area in a space that I needed. And he did that too! On the way out eric stopped to help me load all of the cut Wood into my vehicle. The employees at the store were very friendly from the time I entered to the time I left.

Cashier Tina was very nice very helpful and always smiling, which put a smile on my face, what didn’t seem like a good day turned out OK after all, thanks Tina your smile and you being helpful and smiling made my day

KERRION and Jayien we’re very nice and helpful during my check out of a large order. Jayien Is very focused and knowledgeable

I came in to buy a popular Christmas tree. I found on the app that the store showed 18 in stock. When I asked customer service about it they got me in touch with Tony from the garden center and he went above and beyond to get me one of the VERY large trees and helped me load it into my car. I appreciate everyone I encountered tonight at my visit, I never felt like a bother and will 100% be a return customer. THANK YOU!

It was a beautiful Sunday to be at a Home Depot Covington, Louisiana store and the customer services was reflective

Asked for help 3 times, waited 45 minutes and no one showed up to help. Checked out without lighting I needed. Went to service desk to tell them I was not satisfied and their answer was, Ok.

I bought a Refrigerator at the Covington store in record time. The associate could not have been more helpful & courteous.

I went to pick up some material from Home Depot. I had no idea where it would be located. Miss Bridget at the Covington store, looked it up for me and direct me to the proper location. Always friendly and helpful to serve the customers.

Been buying a lot of plumbing parts to remodel my house. Most of the time the parts are in stock. Helpful people. Thank you for helping me to locate stuff.

These guys fixed my problem in an unexpectedly gracious way. Great experience.

Tried to buy a propane exchange tank and the code to redeem the tank outside did not work for two different purchases. And the store assistant that finally released the tank acted very bothered to have to deal with it and did not apologize for the problem.

Always have a great experience at the Covington Home Depot. All of the associates a helpful and knowledgeable. Cashiers are always very courteous and cheerful.

Anytime we visit this store, the staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are good and stock is usually available. Cathy in flooring is especially helpful, she is our favorite go to when we need home improvement supplies!!!

Homedept will price match with big box stores. So Glad because I prefer to buy all Home big items from Homepot. I have always gotten Great Customer Service and assistance when in store.

Sales Associate Miss Chris P. was an absolute '10' in helping my wife and I find flooring for our rental property. She was very cheerful and accommodating during the entire purchase process in locating flooring inventory from other Home Depot Stores in the area. Great pleasing personality too. She's a gem. We wish we could have Chris P. help us every time we go to Home Depot !

We purchased 3 appliances for our home that were damaged by lightning.Christy in appliances was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The two young men that delivered our appliances were also professional and efficient. We ordered on 7/2/23 and appliances were delivered installed on 7/7/23. We could not be more pleased with Home Depot Covington. The order to installation process exceeded our expectations!!!!!

The Covington Home Depot store is just very kind and considerate, and are always there to help.

Terrified service and credit department

You need to close down your rental department EQUIPMENT’s always broken or something wrong with it. It’s never ready to run out and when you do take it, it always breaks down because there’s something missing or something wrong with it because nobody checks in the equipment when it comes in, nor do you have qualified people to be in a rental business.
