This is my "go to store". I alwa ys find what I need and enjoy browsing their supplies. The employees are helpful and knowledgable.

Had a great experience today picking out a grill I was between 2 of them and Darrell one of the associates helped me with my decisions and offered his advice and guidance. He even offered a good way to clean the grates and I would have never known.

It appears that this store has enough employees at this time. Their parking lot has become quite broken up and "cracky" with many uneven areas and trip hazards. I have to use an electric cart to get around and I've found myself stuck out on the lot trying to get to my car.

Lisa helped us through the buying process with sound advice and suggestions. She read my concerns and provided a product that met all of my needs. I plan on making additional purchases at this Home Depot and I know the employees share Lisa’s professionalism.

This is the place for courteous care and service in buying kitchen appliances! I have been in twice in the last month to purchase major kitchen appliances for my workplace and I would say the service of the customer service rep both times was above and beyond.

I bought a cub cadet riding lawn mower Saturday, May 16th. Your store delivered one with a defective part! I called the Cranberry store about this, and spoke to a rude manager. He told me to return the mower if I wasn't happy! Bad customer service! The store looked clean and orderly. But our cashier took off her mask during our transactions.

Logan the cashier was great knew his job inside and out and was very helpful with everything.

If you advertise price matching, you should actually do it. I didn't even buy the thing yet and was told they are not price matching due to covid-19. That doesn't even make any sense.

Ordered a gas grill for my husband's birthday on line. It was ready to pick up when I needed it. Asked for it to be assembled and it was. The workers were friendly and helpful.

The employees are very helpful with recommendations & finding items. The store was clean. They have a great system to deal with COVID19. Ask to look at products before leaving the store if the box looks beat up or looks like it might be a return. Items were able to be exchanged easily.

One of the store associates, Harry accompanied me for my purchase. I was looking for things that I don't typically look for in the Home Depot, Tyvek suits, citrus orange and face masks. Harry saw me looking and asked if he could help me find anything. I told him what I needed and he took me through the store to locate everything, except for the face masks (which you are all out of, understandably). He didn't give up though until we searched in all areas where the face masks might be and he asked another associate if he had seen any. That associate said yes he had that morning and he took us to the area where they were earlier. Unfortunately, there weren't any there either. My entire experience was outstanding and Harry absolutely understands what "Great Customer Service" is all about. The cashier and the front end were very pleasant and professional as well. Thank you Home Depot, Cranberry Township, PA, Thank you Harry!!!!!

Didn't get any customer support when tried to correct errors in invoice. Store manager or person with the authority to make changes to invoice never cared to talk and correct errors. Pathetic customer service!
