Went into purchase R38 insulation to finish project. Matt loaded 1 bundle on top of cart second bundle he physically had to push under cart. At check out noticed the bundle was WET!! Matt had to know it was wet and still loaded it. Requested to speak with Eric, the manager who tried to tell me that he was certain the worker did not know. In my opinion, it was impossible not to know it! Matt's hands had to have gotten wet to jam the insulation under the cart. I certainly no satisfaction from the lackadaisical attitude from the manager, Eric.

Take the extra time to go somewhere else, because the cranberry Home Depot is an awful store, employees don’t want to work. Majority of the employees look like they don’t want to be there so why would I want to.

We went to the store unsure of what specific products we needed, but we spoke to a helpful and construction knowledgeable employee named Doug. Doug seemed to be a manager with alot of care and experience and helped us out so much with our visit to this store. Thank you so much Doug for taking the time to help us with our project. We will be returning to the Cranberry Township Home Depot store again and again. Product selection was made easy, checkout lines were moving promptly with friendly cashiers and the store was neat and clean.

Great place to shop for supplies. Employees are super helpful and friendly. Having a truck rental in the store is fantastic

We were greeted by Mike in lumber and he took us to the window blind department introduced us to Eric who was busy with a customer. Mike helped us find the books before returning to lumber with another customer. I truly appreciate the time, help and kindness ordering my blinds.

Of all the home depot stores I've been to, the Cranberry location is my favorite. The Camp Horne one comes in close second! I just like the people who wrok there. So friendly too.

Received assistance from Barbara in kitchens. She put everything together, and loaded up a dolly. Made our purchase extremely easy and when she took us up to checkout, Jennifer, immediately called for help in loading our purchases on our truck. Thanks for all your help!

This Cranberry store is always very clean and well organized and every time we have been there the employees go out of there way to be helpful .

I was very disappointed with my shopping experience today because I had to make two trips. I was ignored by multiple workers. During checkout cashiers helped me but I informed the cashiers that I needed all of the materials to use this because I was in a hurry to get back to work and help perform the duties also, our old shop vac broke and we had water damage. I usually order online, but my last order hasn’t arrived yet and I placed the order on Thursday June 27th. I am complete loss of words on how hard it is to gain the materials I need to make it through a workday or a work week. It is easy to see that I am not a big account or name at Home Depot. However, over the course of the last but I have spent time, and I spent some money trusting Home Depot. But after this experience, I doubt I will return, each time I have the worse and worse. Today was the worst experience there, I am not handy, nor a problem solver, or a fixer. My role is just a buyer and I rely on the staff but they really let me down the last trip and now the online fiasco led me to believe that you don’t want me as a client anymore.

Stopped in to look at interior doors for a basement finishing project. Randy in millwork was incredible. So knowledgeable and helpful. Helped us make a selection based on his experience with the different door companies. We can in an got exactly what we were looking for and a great price. THANK YOU!

I love this store. Always find the employees happy and eager to help you. Always clean and find it easy to find products that I'm looking for.

This store seems to have the items in stock and at great prices. I like that their site will provide you with the isle and bin# to make finding the items easy. I didn't have to ask for assistance even though i needed it. The cashier so i had problems getting my items in my cart and ran over to assist then got someone to load them into my car...BIG PLUS!

Very well organized with sufficient quantity.

I go here frequently on my lunch break to grab a few small items. I see a lot of the same employees while there. They are always friendly and eager to help. Always a good experience.

The associate in the light bulb department (Clyde) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and educated me about the latest developments with lighting.

Again, the employee named Jill (blonde, pretty, who filled in at the paint dept. on Wednesday 5/22/19) very, very helpful. Very pleasant. She knew her merchandise and was very helpful to the several people in front of us and behind us, including us with paint purchases. I think she should be recognized for her work ethics. Never saw her before yesterday and was very impressed by the way she interacted with the customers. A very good employee!

Superb. Employees walk up to you and ask if you need help. Flooring guys were true experts in their field. They talked about durability, fiber technology, padding, installation, models, warranty, and overall process. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone shopping for carpet! They also knew a great deal about Pergo flooring. I then went to another well know store to compare products and prices and immediately returned to the Cranberry Township Home Depot and purchased $7k worth of carpeting for my new home. Their knowledge, customer service, and installation process was very efficient and positive!

Save your time and go to Cranberry Home Depot.They are so very helpful and professional.However, I would avoid the Home Depot in Chippewa.Poor service.Especially the Managers.

I often have visited this store and have always found the people there helpful and courteous. Sometimes they even go out of their normal working area to show me which aisle to look into for the item I was seeking.

shelves needed faced a little better but my overall experience was excellant. I got more assistance than I was expecting.

On entering the store it was bright and the areas where the different departments were located were displayed well.
