Please train your employee in this store to respect military members. On other stores like in gateway when employee at checkout find out you are a military they thank us for the service and sacrifice on top of tagt they ask if we need any help.. employee that I endured mistreatment their name are on the receipt on the photo. Amy and Eddie. The situation I have in this store is as follow. One last thing I like to shop I. Home Depot as well as my family and friend because we know that Home Depot is military friendly.

Trying to return online item but scan can’t recognize. It’s HDX Home Depot brand product with unopened package and barcode label and valid receipt. Representative didn’t listen to the explanation of customer that their system scan the part as individual item instead of a set of product. It return the price of individual item but not the set item price. Arguing for an hour almost until we need to call cops to solve the dispute. Don’t let them move the item to the pile unless you finish all return.

Everything I buy in this store I love it!!! I bought beautiful plants, black heavy duty bags, different kind of paint…

Was in and out and picked up some nice plants from their nursery.

The Garden Department is very well designed and well stocked with lots of various beautiful flowers and vegetable plants.

Went there 2 times one day easy parking

I bought many things for home at home depot

Cashier Stacy A was very pleasant and extremely bubbly personality as well as professional I thought she was the store manager at first and so fast on checking me out so quick

The placement of Primo 5 gallons water is weird, it’s placed at the exit door (you are not allowed to enter) after check out, so in order to buy 5 gallons water you need to through entrance wait in line ( usually long) then get water (sometimes not available) then go back to cashier to pay for it.

I wanted a specific item and was told it was on order. After a week I arrived at store # 1256 Cropsey and Tracey was the extremely helpful in locating and climbing on a ladder to the top shelf and getting the item for me. She showed a concern that all employee's should follow, I was very impressed with her service and would recommend her for as an outstanding devoted employee.

My recent visit to Home Depot #2970 on Cropsey Avenue, Brooklyn, was marred by service issues. Limited open registers, closure of self-checkouts, and a cashier refusing service, citing a pro-only line, caused confusion and delays. The cashier, Pauline, falsely claimed to be the manager, and it took an extra 10 minutes and staff intervention to complete the purchase. The impractical location of the regular checkout line, 30-50 yards away, added to the inconvenience. This experience deviated from the high standards I expect from Home Depot. I hope for a prompt resolution and improvement in customer service at this location.

This store is better then any other Home Depot. Knowledgeable sales people

Attitudes at every angle. No help unless you run into the only 2 people who are always willing to help. Everyone at the register have the worst attitudes. Security will help you faster than the employees. Another client shouldn't be the one to carry heavy stuff off the shelf because employees walk by and ignore you,roll their eyes and huff and puff when asking for help -1star if I could.

Customer Service 10/10. Fast n efficient Lines were long but did not feel the wait time as employees had lines moving

This store is located right off exit 6 Belt Parkway with huge parking lot, the only problem it gets flooded during heavy rain

The manager Pauline seen that the line was getting long and rolled up her sleeves and assisted other crew members with the Pro desk check out line so that the wait time was minimum. This was very helpful and greatly appreciated as I was in a huge hurry. Thank you Pauline

My main issue with all stores is lack of stock. Never able to get everything I need.

I understand that there are different departments to the store and usually if the department of the customers concern isn't the department the employee works in, then the employee usually doesn't help. When I'm working with Howie and Pauline I get the exact opposite. They help me no matter where the problem lies. Even though the have no control over deliveries from other stores they actively try to help with delivery problems and make things right for me. This is much appreciated.

Howie went out of his way to make sure i had everything I needed and also made sure the check out went smoothly. Howie also has been calling me to follow up with my deliveries which no employee has ever done. He has keep track of when they are scheduled to be delivered and would even call me after the delivery was made to make sure it wasn't any problems. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer and i greatly appreciate it. Thanks again Howie

The lady clerk at the paint department doesn't want to work today. I was trying to order my paint by showering her the pics with the paints name on, however, she wasn't even paying attention. She looks at the pic and immediately start typing on her screen without asking the size and quantity of my order, even we told her we want the smallest size. When we saw she grabbed 2 1-gallon, we immediately stopped her and told her we want the quart size as we told her during ordering. She then gave us an impatient look. When we got our order, she made an extra quart which we didn't ordered. When we told her, she was making a impatient comment "oh my god, you told me 2" when I clearly didn't tell her anything because she didn't even ask and confirmed our order, she simply looked at my pics and start typing the order. She was very impatient during the whole transaction. If she doesn't want to work or help, she's better off to stay home. My last visit at the paint department was fantastic, but not this time. The lady today was not helpful and wasn't focus on what she's doing.

The customer service that Howie presented was better then any other store
