Clean store, helpful employees who know their products. Sheila, Carol and Harti were fun, knowledgeable. Look for them for great service. Sheila especially, she kept me from buying the wrong appliance AND it was American made!!!!

This store used to be a challenge to receive quality customer service and getting the right answers. It is now so much better!

I visit about 5 different home depots in the tristate area regularly, this is one of my favorite locations. The store is always clean, the employees friendly and the contractors parking helps me get in and out quickly and my customers appreciate that(even if they dont know things like that helped me get to the job faster).

The Home Depot on Colerain Ave is always a good source for the lumber I need for projects. They have a 70% off section in the rear of the store that usually has what I need, at a great price. As a smart shopper, I often view the other markdowns storewide, and sometimes pick up an extra item for myself or a family member. It'll be springtime in a couple weeks, so I'll be looking for a small tree for my back yard.

My experience with buying and installation of the carpet we purchased went smoothly. Very happy with employees assistance in this purchase.

Employees don't realize what products they have. Two employees told me they don't have replacement glass. I found it.

It all comes down to the parking. I can't believe the number of prime parking taken up by rental equipment. Even in off hours there is never any parking close to the door.

I needed assistance in finding a product for my lawnmower. I quickly received the assistance and a recommendation. I also purchased some gardening supplies and these were loaded by store employees. Every employee I encountered was friendly and ready to assist me. It was a great experience and I was in and out of the store rather quickly.

I like the store but felt like install times were not good at all because a member of management said the installer quit! Where does (the customer) that leave me?!?!

I shop at a lot of different Home Depot locations. The Colerain store has the most knowledgable staff that I have seen so far. A+. I will go out of my way to be sure to shop at this location.

Poor customer service, inadequate register staffing, and incorrect inventory counts show items in stock that are not. Management does not support cashiers when assistance is requested. Ended up leaving without item that was supposed to be in stock after having to go get shelf tag and wait in line as item was in lockbox up front. Complete waste of time.

I like the store because they are always stocked with items I need.

Found what I needed & was able to get in & out in a reasonable amount of time. Female employee in paint dept was also very helpful in pleasant.
