Very pleasant experience, over the course of multiple visits, in only a few days. Had a large DIY plumbing project at home and knocked it out of the park with the help of all the associates involved. Then, the returns were a piece of cake. On my last visit, I even ran over to get a string trimmer refill, without knowing what I actually needed. The associate went out of his way to make sure I purchased the correct one, rather than just pointing me over to the shelf with them! Thanks!

THE BEST THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY

It's nice that this store can deliver, but I won't use the service again. Best Messenger was the contracted delivery service that delivered our three pallets of garden supplies, as well as a couple of trees, and two of the expensive fertilizer bags were torn open and mostly empty. They didn't speak much english, but said to call the store as they would take care of it. As I called, they left. The store, of course, said it was not their responsibility and that I should follow-up with the delivery service. Hmm, now if only I could get the delivery service to answer their phone...

If you are in the market for tile, Chaz is the person to look for! Couldn't be happier with the honesty and integrity he presents. Very happy with our experience!

Gabi at the register and Jim, one of the managers, was incredibly helpful when a garden employee was unable to find the inventory we needed. Jim even got a forklift himself to get the pallet down and gave us a discount on our purchase for the inconvenience.

Everything is easy to find, and extremely helpful employees if you can't find something. A great store!

Friendly and helpful staff.

I had received a quote from a nearby competitor for a number of window blinds that were on sale and as I prefer to shop at Home Depot, I asked Ray in flooring and blinds if he could price match. Without hesitation he did so and I went ahead and purchased the blinds. I favor Home Depot because they have such a great staff and I generally do not have to go hunting around the store in order to find someone to help. Special mention to Ray in Flooring and window treatments.

We enjoy this store and find it easy to locate items we need. The employees are always helpful and our favorite is Kari. She is always kind and joyful. Keep up the great work, Home Depot!

I had a number of items to return and I needed help to select other faucets that would be suitable for my needs. Asia in customer service was "first class" and Marshall in Plumbing/Bath was really knowledgeable and helpful. In general the staff at this store are excellent.

The employees make this store awesome. I have only ever encountered helpful, kind and polite employees at this location. It may help that I am also kind to them. You often get what you give! But still they are always ready to help, answer questions, assist and generally speaking have smiles and a kind demeanor.

Marshall in the plumbing department is very helpful and can answer pretty much any question you have regarding plumbing. Luis at the service and returns counter is also extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

The staff (Marshall) was most forthcoming with information and key to properly diagnosing the plumbing issue. This was after I had already been to a competitor store... The instructions to fix my issue was clear and easy to understand. Will definitely be returning again! In essence, I can not say enough positive things of the impact Marshall had on the overall project.

Marshall and Jimmy were instrumental in helping me do the work (sump pump not working) for which I received a reputable contractor quote of over $900. Per their direction, I troubleshot the system and fixed the problem for under $42! Their guidance was thorough, easy to understand, and supportive - after all, I made 3 trips back! Well worth my time and the effort - was simple!

Always a pleasant experience at this location. Team members are always willing to help and have been very pleasant to me. Thanks for making it easy to shop at this Home Depot an keep up the great work!

The staff is what makes the difference here. Its a rare find to have such a knowledgeable and friendly group of employees. Home Depot his a home run with this location. Happy shopping!

This store is always very clean and organized and the people here are so friendly and helpful. We shop here so often that they ask us about our children. We always ring the bell!!

Have received excellent service at this store. Ray in flooring is an expert in all the options and provides great direction when we were selecting carpet. Katie is an excellent kitchen designer. She helped us make our kitchen beautiful.

The store employees are all so helpful and kind. Every time I go to Crystal Lake Home Depot I am treated like a queen. I found the product I needed but had to ask for help to find others. I received excellent help in a kind, cheerful way. Way to go!!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and patience of one employee. Her name was Theresa, and everytime i have had the pleasure of dealing with her she has done an awesome job to go out of her way to help and make sure everything is correct including, fixing orders that others did not do correctly from the start. You have a few ladies there that think they know it all, don't listen and because they don't, they make mistakes on the orders. This young lady is the best, always! I wait in longer lines just to get her help, why you ask, because she takes her time, listens and does thing right and she asks questions to make sure. One thing i hate is when people cut you off from speaking and say yes i know and then make a mistake on my orders over and over again. Theresa is an asset to your organization and has never let me down, She make promises to fix things and keeps her promises. Honestley if it wasn't for her i would not be going there. My project has been a nightmare since my first order arrived. I have been shorted on items, not received certain items, received damaged items and all i keep hearing is we are sorry. The worst thing of all, my project should have been done in 3-4 weekends max. I am now going on 3 months THANKS TO SHIPPING FROM A WAREHOUSE IN CALIFORNIA. THIS IS A HORRIBLE IDEA, YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR LOGISTICS AND THE PEOPLE THAT RUN IT!! THANK YOU.
