Store seems to be consistent with other Home Depots. Dina was amazing at the return counter. She made me feel like a valued customer.

This store is close to the one I usually go to in Glendale. If they don't have something in Glendale, they usually have it here.

I went in to acquire pricing on stove top with no intention on buying that day. But after meeting Leila Dunn an employee of Home Depot . I left happy with her service and her knowledge that i left a proud owner of a new stove top.

we came to the store to look for some wood for a small project to do at home and Carlos C. was amazing even though he was busy he took the time to help us out. Now I know who to look for when I go back. I also felt safe when I noticed some associates going around sanitizing the areas. Good job.

I don’t like been the delivery person of bad news but this one has me really frustrated. I bought a gas stove in full at the cypress park location and it was a let down. Purchased my stove on 7/05/20 and I’m not seen a good stove until the 25 of July due the first stove being bent and damaged on the 10th. I’ve been told there’s not another one in the warehouse and I have to wait for my stove to come in from my beautiful Mexico. Too long !!!! way too long Home Depot !!!!

The cashiers at this location are very rude and so disrespectful. They even scream at you. The customer service with the ladies at self checkout and the front cashiers is the worst. they need to be trained to be kind with the customers. If you have a chance to go to another Home Depot just go . This one is not good .!!!

Employees smile. I would like to see employees working and not talking in a huddle about things other than work. Make sure to have the shelves stocked.

Store is often busy and packed, but the employees are mostly friendly, especially the cashiers. You’ll find everything in stock here most of the time, so it doesn’t disappoint.

The younger generation of employees seem to have a lack of discipline and negligence in customer service. Not many of the employees are willing to help out the customer. They’re too busy on the phone, trying to get a break or in conversations with other employees about personal matters. Some customer service training could greatly improve this location.

My local store, nice maintain, but need tome shopping cars on the pro area! parking always full of "ENGINEERS" looking for work, makes me worry about car thief

This would be the best Home Depot in the area compared to Glendale , Burbank , or Arcadia locations. Employees are very helpful at this store . It is well stocked and everything is neat .

The Garden Department has great selection and very helpful associates.

They have everything I was looking for.
