Caitlin in Customer Service assisted with processing multiple refunds for items purchased online and in the store. She located my account and purchases, and quickly consolidated them for a single easy refund experience. She is friendly, helpful and great with customers.

Louvie (sp?) in the wood department was one of the most helpful and pleasant store employees I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t sure about what I needed and he was quick to offer assistance with a smile and patience, then kindly cut the wood for me. I loved his attitude and will use this location from now hoping to get such stellar service again. He really was top notch!

Was there on 02/16 2024. Had my home depot app open on phone for my vet discount. the computer would not honor it, and the cashiers were extremely rude. No Greeting, and no thank you was proffered for my purchase. I would stay away from this storre.

Donna was my salesperson and she was informative and patient.

Love that they added emailed receipts, far easier to keep track of spending! But why why why must they insist on printing? I just throw it away next to the check-out. Please stop wasting paper.

They need to update their computers or have someone there to help employees. I spent almost 2 hours there because the person who was helping this women complete a transaction did not stay with her until it was completed. She ran into many roadblocks along the way.

I went to the Home Depot in Danvers looking for deck screws and was pleasantly greeted by Nicole. She stopped what she was doing and helped me.

Scott in Gardening and Leah, Heather, Devon and Christina in guest services were great this morning. The girls in Guest Services were dealing w/ computers that weren't cooperating & I had a tricky transaction that needed several of them to be involved. Throughout the process all of them were kind, helpful and kept great senses of humor; turning around what could have been a frustrating experience. Scott was an excellent help both in finding what I needed and helping me out to my car w/several heavy bags & loading them into my car.

Every time I have needed to find something at the Home Depot near where I live, the help has always gone above and beyond.This last time I was there I was looking for a faucet aerator , and when I couldn't find it I asked one of the men that had been in the process of doing something else he immediately stopped what h was doing and looked up what I showed him on my phone that I was looking for, he looked to see if it was still in stock and where to to find it. He walked with me to show me where it was. This is how people in all stores should be treated Home Depot is the best and i will show there again.

I found the Amerimax universal strainer for roof gutters which made me save more money than the former gutter cover that costed me thousands of dollars to install a few years ago.

Nathan at this store was particularly rude to me. He kept ignoring my presence will I was standing right next to him.

This Home Depot has a lot of experts available who are helpful and attentive. Don Zwicker in the Millwork Department did an especially great job helping me choose some storm doors and schedule installation through Home Depot. Since there is a labor shortage, it is hard to find experts in the Home Depot departments nowadays, but if you go to the Danvers MA store and see Don you won't be disappointed.

Employee was great- offered her assistance right away & we told her that we wanted to look & she gave us the space we wanted, but when we were ready to buy she was immediately ready to help & knew everything that we needed.

This store always has enough help on hand to handle any questions or locate an item for you. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have visited competitors and they can't compare with Home Depot

Just bought a product that I needed and this store had more of the product in stock than my local one!

Plan on some extra time if you plan on using your HD Military ID on your purchase. You will have to scan the code from your mobile phone at the register. Unfortunately, the app does not work well in the store. A cashier will have to assist you. Good luck!

After getting our wood pellets we went to have keys made. We found the keys we wanted , waited a short time, the cashier called the associate over to the key department, the associate was there in less than a minute. the associate checked our key and the number on the keys we wanted to have made to verify the number, the associate made the keys and off we went.

I had a very productive and pleasant visit to the garden center at the Independent Way Home Depot on Memorial Day w/e. Associates were friendly, smiling and helpful. Special shout out to Dana in the garden center who kindly helped load my car. He was friendly and very nice while doing a demanding job. Thank you Dana for your assistance.

Always so impressed with this store's employees. Very friendly and knowledgeable . No matter what I need to locate, everyone knows exactly where it is and is willing to take me to it.

My wife and I went into Home Depot looking for a new dishwasher and the employee in the area was very helpful. She walked us through the whole process and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made a trip that I wasn't looking forward to (appliance shopping is not appealing to me) into a great experience.

My dad and I went to the Danvers store 3/10/22 and we had a great experience. Norm, Gil & Gail all helped my dad and I shop and get all of the items we needed. They went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back and visit the same store.

Your new way of getting the Veteran's discount is not easy to use. Sometimes I have to log in and sometimes it will go right to the code bar. I used it in the back of the store in cabinetry/ countertops., but when I got to the front of the store for my other purchases. It came up "no connection !" It's not easy to use! ****Plus: your competitor offers a 10% discount on EVERYTHING in the store to all Veteran's. Not just selected items!

Customer service is always great here. Everyone is helpful, never had any issues.

I'm no plumber and there are so many bathroom faucets that without the expertise of the Home Depot employees in that department, I would not have purchased anything.

looking up the product online before visiting the store,I was informed as to exactly what aisle the item was located...very helpful!
