I asked where a couple of items where and nobody had a clue even customer service didn't know. I was walking down the isle and another customer had one in his cart and he showed me exactly where it was.

I used to go to the other danvers store but the past few times I have gone to this store the associates all have been much more helpful and friendly will go back to this store instead of the other hands down.

Cashiers very excellent and efficient,

The customer service was fantastic on my visit. You can easily find an employee to help you and even if you don't need help they ask if they can help as they pass by you. I'm a frequent shopper at this particular Home Depot and my experiences have typically been great ones... finding what I need and getting the help I may need to get the correct product.

My husband and I frequent the HD location (#2623) near the mall in Danvers multiple times a week! HD has been essential in all our home imporvement and gardening needs since we purchased our home 11 years ago. We frequent this HD becuase they always have the items we need - but more importantly we have access to friendly and knowledgeable staff that help answer our questions, and interested and encouraging employees that make us feel like family. Our regular cashier, Joan, is a particular favorite - as she greets us by name everytime and is so warm and friendly!

This store is always helpful. The cashier Christine was really nice helped me with my transactions

If you need help with plumbing items and know how you must go and see Peter. He is the best.

This store always has what I'm looking for and they also have top notch associates to help you find whatever it is you came in for; from the associates working the floor, to the cashiers and the management. Everyone there makes you feel like the Customer is the Number 1 Priority.

I found all staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The assistant that helped me was very knowledgable and quite witty and funny

The store always has what I need and if it's not in the shelves, they get the infamous rolling stairs and get the item for you. Helpful staff, smiling, they go out of their way to assist you, and will always be there for you if you need them. The store is always clean and never cluttered. Always smiling and helpful, and they go out of their way to assist you !!!! GREAT JOB ASSOCIATES!!!

My dealings was with the paint department which I found Ann and Joel to be most helpful and friendly.

I wrote "good" instead of "excellent", because the store did not have what I needed, but an employee there went "the extra mile" and so I will definitely be back! I needed 50 feet of 600 - 700 lb. rope, and they only had about 30 feet or less - the woman searched everywhere for another roll, couldn't find any, so gave me 50 feet of the next size up, which strangely enough was 1400 lb. rope, for the same price, and went with me to the register to make sure that it went through.

Excellent selection of products and excellent service/

I came into the store, feeling like a overwhelm 1st time home owner. I wasn't sure where to go or what to get. I was looking for bathroom supplies. The front desk sent me to bathroom department. I stood there like a deer in headlight, not sure what to look for. Nicole, one of the employee came over and greeted me with a smile and ask me if I need assistance as soon as I explain to her, she was right one it. The item it turned out was out of stock. instead of giving me the bad news and sending me on my way she called steve and mike who jump into action. and try to find one that was close to what I was looking for. These three employees, I cant say enough about them they were wonderful. They explain everything to me, research and they took the time to help me find something that would work for my project. I ended up finding a better deal working with they three amazing employees. They didn't stop there they made sure I found the other supplies I needed even though they were in different departments and made sure I got what I needed, made sure i got to the register and completed my transaction. I left Home Depot smiling. This was one of the best experience I have every received from a hardware store. Thank you so much for taking the time to show me kindness. May God bless you 3.

overall- good experience- good overall selection- and good pricing

TOOK TOO LONG TO FIND SOMEONE TO TAKE OUR ORDER FOR WASHER & DRYER. I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THAT THE MODELS I WANTED WERE NOT ON DISPLAY. THE WEBSITE DID NOT SHOW THE BACK OF EITHER THE WASHER OR DRYER AND HAVING THE MODELS TO LOOK AT WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER EXPERIENCE.

Generally very well run store...once in a while it takes a while to get help, but not often.

I always find what I'm looking for and the salespeople are always so helpful!

Excellent store with full lines of merchandise--well stocked. Very helpful employees. Always clean & neat--if you can find what you want, you can be in&out pretty quickly. Highly recommend. Very convenient location.

Between the 30 minute waits in each department we visited, being forgotten about twice, and the incredibly combative and rude customer service we received at the end of it, it's safe to say our business will be taken elsewhere.
