The salesperson (CB32D2) was great. Very helpful, answered my questions, gave suggestions, patient but never pushy for the sale. The problem was with the delivery company that HD used to deliver my washing machine. One spoke no English and the other spoke very few words of English. First they said the new washer would not fit in the space where the other washer was. Then he told me he could not get the hose from the hot water loose. He said I'd have to call a plumber and reschedule the delivery. I called my husband from another room and he used a screw driver to get the hose loose. I was then told that even though I paid for it to be hauled away, they couldn't because the machine smelled and it seemed to still have water inside. I opened the front of the machine but saw no water. They said they could not put it in the truck with the other new merchandise. This machine seemed to be catching on fire and had lots of white smoke coming out the front around the door. When I opened the door the next day, the clothes were wet and soapy but the drum had no water in it. We told him to just leave the washer on the front porch but he told us if he moved it outside of the house (no matter how many inches or feet) we would still be charged the haul away fee of $50. My husband went and got his dolly and took the machine out to the street.. The delivery person had me sigh and wrote "valuuhs wahs" When I asked him what he wrote, he said, "I speak English and Spanish. I'm American" and walked away. HD needs to investigate into who they hire to deliver merchandise for them because this really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I purchased some plants today for my landscape. This is one of the cleanest and organized store I have seen. Did I forget to mention fully stocked? There customer service was amazing! I bought all the materials to renovate my Kitchen at Home Depot. Counter tops, cabinet, stove micro wave, Refrigerator, drills, sink etc. and all the other tools and materials that were needed to build my new Kitchen. Now I am very happy with the quality materials for my kitchen and the Amazing staffs at home depot. They are very helpful, caring and professional.

I needed to replace my Fridge H2O Filter. After waiting some time & several empl's that paged for help I found an empl at the end of the aisle. I patiently waited for my turn as he was attending another cust. When he finished I jetted for the opposite side of the aisle without bothering to look up to see if their were other customers that needed help. I practically had to chase him down from behind. I asked if he could help. He said he only knew about elec. & could page someone. I explained this was the 3rd page. He answer "with the same attitude you are coming to me, come to the employee(s) in this section." I said, "I don't have an attitude" he replied "Well I do." Employee Marcos - electrical

I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location. Their employees are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, such as Nick in the hardware section. I have another Home Depot closer to home, but I'd rather drive to the one at Davie, because I know that I will get the assistance I need. Thank you.

Changing the water filter out & needed a tiny lil part…Davies location lot was closed…we are there, twice a week & booked it here (didn’t know the hours) The wonderful ladies let us in, just in time. We were in & out, & just always the best service. P.S. Part fit & I Love my cherry lollipop instead of the Cotton Candy.

NEVER NO ONE TO HELP YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT

I usually ask an employee where to find what I want, I go get it in a “skinny minute”, and for the next half hour I wander around just enthralled by all the merchandise!

Zenka was a blessing to work with after our home was flooded out! She helped us choose all new kitchen & bath cabinets, all new appliances, wood flooring, tile, crown mounding, paint, closet organizing, new interior doors, toilet, and so much more!! Thanks Zenka! Rick & Pam

The store is a complete mess in this is not how are used to be employees Oregon definitely not from this area and discriminate mistreat the customers

I bought a pressure cleaner a week ago and it has worked very awesome.

My main complaint is the merchandising in the store if you have paint buckets why don't you merchandise the lids along with those I am handicapped I had to walk all the way to the back of the store to look on an end cap and then I had to stretch to the top shelf trying to find an employee was almost impossible and it's great that you have a piece of paper out there for people to spray paint and check colors on but the smell is so nauseous I thought I was getting high in the 305 and had to hurry up and get out of the area. It is not easy to find employees and most of them are occupied with I'm seriously not sure what but they look busy doing nothing. Customers are testy and I can understand why because it's hard to find somebody not everybody will walk you to where the item is and you have to hope they haven't remarked it into another area. I have been in the store before a couple of years ago and I will say that it's improved beyond the service that I got when I was looking for a pair of regular scissors and I was told they didn't carry them. I want once again to say thank you too customer service cashier named Karen who completely went against any stereotype that I have about people working for Home Depot. Friendly engaging willing to help and checked me out quickly. I know front and coordination can be very difficult but I was very fortunate that her register was empty but even if it was filled with people I'm sure she would have given every individual the same amount of courtesy and genuine kindness that she offered me today go Karen!

I bought flooring and I wasn’t able to get the edges of the flooring to match so I wanted to return four boxes of flooring and I lost the receipt. I spent money in Home Depot all day long every day seven days a week to do home improvements and they won’t even swap out my four boxes of building material for other building materials.

We always buy our construction materials from Home Depot.
