Marcia goes out of her way to provide excellent service and she helped with our purchase making sure we were completely satisfied. We alway receive A+ attention at the Davie store.

I bought a hurricane impact door with the help of Gamal who was very efficient and helpful to get everything done. He does need help to cover more customers at one time since the process to complete all the details takes time.

I returned ten items, some purchased more than a year ago, all without receipts. Gisel was not deterred, worked hard to find every item in the system and give credit for it. She was so pleasant and polite. She needs to be rewarded as the Employee of the Month!

Josh in the Garden Dept helped me pick out new lawn products and he is such a sweet young man and the products he recommended are PERFECT!! I absolutely Loveeee my New Makita cordless 18V blower and Brushless trimmer (Really I Love them lol). WOW they are lightweight, powerful, quiet, look sharp, Ohhhh and no need to worry about gas prices that keep going up because the blower and brushless trimmer are both battery powered. AMAZING!! ;)

The return of an item to this store (Cashier Denee), took over 25 minutes, even tough I brought all the items requested for an "easy return". I had the items brand new, I had all the paperwork that was shipped out along with the items, I had the confirmation of purchase on my cell phone. I had my ID. However this lady Denee told me that I didn't have an email. The transaction was completed at 7:51 p.m. (as printed on the receipt) and she gave the receipt, 9 minutes later 8:00 p.m. Total time for an easy return over 25 minutes.

Ricardo displayed the best customer service I've received since moving to Florida. His patience to address my concerns was shown throughout our conversation in a professional manner. We ordered a water heater online and when it delivered, it was significantly damaged. We had trouble trying to return/exchange at the location due to availability. Several calls between two stores until we got Ricardo on the phone. He resolved the issue quickly - great representation of Home Depot. Thanks, Ricardo.

Happy with the store. Use the secret entrance. Don’t try and go into the HUGE shopping complex main entrance. It’s too frustrating. The back way takes you into the garden center entrance. Better parking there.

It's great fun and interesting and informative every time I shop there. It's a little crazy now with Thanksgiving soon followed by Christmas, but was well stocked and I found a parking spot with little difficulty. Glad you are here!!

DAVIE STORE IN THE TOWER SHOPS IS IN A GREAT LOCATION WITH VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF

I went to Home Depot to grab some cleaning supplies. I went to cashier and noticed my card was not in my wallet. I advised cashier to put my cart to side I will go to car get my card. I walk back in the store and the cashiers were busy so I grab the cart to go pay the one cashier Nathan turns around and rudely asks to see my receipt I advise him of what occurred and I said I was going to the line since there were people waiting unless he was willing to check me out. He says no so I proceeded to go in back of the line where he yells where you going I said on line. He yells and says No I will check you out. I felt like he thought I was trying to walk out with the cart or something. Upon checking me out he noticed I was a army vet and his whole attitude changed. I felt like he was judging me. You need to train your employees better.
