The 3rd party delivery and install company did not complete the job for our dishwasher and stove. Cody, the one manager at Dawsonville took the time to listen and make a previous bad install situation a wonderful customer service experience.

I visit this store often even though it is not usually the most convenient because I find it a little chaotic than the store closest to me.

Brought my shopping list along for home improvement tasks. Found everything and plenty of items in stock. Clerks were helpful and pleasant. Great Christmas decorations.

I needed help figuring out how to use the gift card I had while making a purchase and Wendy was super helpful, friendly and patient in helping me! Randy, a sales person, helped by sharing valuable information on the Rigid Planer I purchased and helped load it in my car without my even asking for help. Thank you both for a wonderful shopping experience!

I took the effort to dig up plants and bring them into the store. I could not get a store credit or exchange my dead plants for live ones. Because I used my builder’s card, it could only go back on his card. Now I have to go through my builder and buy them again. Other companies do not operate like this. When you have the receipt they will give you credit or exchange them. I was told they could if I had a gift receipt. But because I had the actual receipt they couldn’t. How does that make sense?

I buy for my company and it is always a great shopping experience.

Every time we shop here it is a pleasant experience. Great/friendly employees always help with finding what I need. Never a bad experience thus far.

Recently visited the dawsonville location, the staff actually knew what they were talking about. I purchased 21 16 foot long decking boards. Paul helped me in the lumber side and he was awesome. Hope to see more employees with his energy. Because of Paul i will def be returning, they have my buisness.

Samantha was the cashier that helped me with my return this evening. She was very sweet and pleasant. Great job Samantha!

I am so impressed with the employees in this store. They were so helpful and freindly as As soon as I stepped foot in the store. I was having a hard time finding some supplies and one of the employees noticed and directed me to where I needed to go. It was a fast trip in and out which is exactly what I loved about my experience here. Also, I loved how the employees noticed I needed help without even needing to ask them. I would 100% come back here and recommend other people coming to this particular Home Depot.

Randy Maynard has help us in the past with the front door replacement and was great, so we were happy to come pack to have him help with two closet doors and a new back door. randy always thanks the time to help make sure we get the right products we need and handles all that is needed with the install.

Sale Cashier Wayne was such a pleasure! Quick and easy checkout and very accommodating.

False advertising. See title for explanation. Very unhappy. Had to spend additional $22 to actually get what I originally paid for. Substituted bags of mulch that only had 1.5 cubic ft but I paid for bags advertised as 2 cubic feet. I would not pick any stars but you have to pick 1.

3 individuals went way beyond normal expectations and provided way above average service, kindness, personal touch and made us feel important to Home Depot. I was also thanked for my Military Service as well. Always appreciate that.
