I was looking for plants specifically cactus and there were plants inside and outside I get that it is winter but it was still a bit confusing but other than that a great,quick,amazing experience

Tried to put up our pre-lit Christmas tree, it died and after many years was not suitable any longer. Ventured to this HD to purchase a new pre-lit tree. It was black Friday, massive crowds everywhere and we finally made it into the store, your HD "ELF" named "JOY" approached me and asked us "how can I help you, find your Christmas tree" ! What a great experience we had with Ms. Joy as not only finding the perfect tree, she climb in and throughout boxes and displays: Great Job Ms. Joy, best!!

Great customer service at the Dawsonville store especially from a couple of their older associates. I can point that out because I am an older customer. Everyone was great though.

I bought several items from this store. I am new to the area and was unfamiliar with where the items are located. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by multiple employees and asked what I need assistance with. They are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It truly was a great experience of feeling like a priority and their genuine desire to assist me with all my needs.

On my recent visit Saturday the 29th, I had exceptionally friendly, helpful service. Thanks, Thomas, for your enthusiastic help!

Jake in lumber saw I was wearing a boot on my foot due to an Achilles issue. He helped me with my entire list, loaded my cart, pushed my cart, escorted me to checkout and loaded my car. I had bought lumber to build a small chicken coop. The whole time he was worried about me hurting my foot and he would do everything. Very nice young man. He told me he was 21. He was very friendly and we chatted the entire time.

Guys I do love the location of the store and some people are very pleasant in the store. But some of your employees lack customer service skills and look through some of the customers like their glass when they’re asking for help. It’s sort of like you’re not hiring people on customer service skills but just to fill the void. Also the people at the paint counter need to learn better customer service skills after mixing paint I know it might be something they don’t want to do but there should be a thank you for shopping Home Depot or is there anything else I can help you with. Just a thought!

I wouldn't want to think of life without Home Depot and especially the DAWSONVILLE Home Depot! Thank you Arthur for pursuing a dream and making this reality my convenience. The staff here is exceptional and FUN! The products are excellent and deals are good. We shop here at the Dawsonville location almost weekly since 2017 and it's always a success. Thank you! I’d like to make a shout out to Dwight. I had left my bag at the register after checking out. I was parked all the way over by lumber and had checked out in garden. Dwight brought my bag all the way over to my car. I really appreciate his great customer service. Thanks Dwight!

I was greeted in the garden center by a teenager named Case. He helped me locate everything I needed and helped me with the purchase and loading of all my landscaping products. He went above and beyond. He's a keeper!

I bought mums labeled $5.98 but I was charged $6.48.

I don't always have a great experience and Home Depot, but this visit and this store was phenomenal. Long story short, had an issue at home with a busted drain pipe and had to cutout a section of drywall. Went to store to get something to seal the pipe and something to patch the drywall. Felt a little intimidated trying to figure out the best way to accomplish the fix. The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and kind. he gave me multiple solutions and eased my concerns. This is hands down my best experience at Home Depot ever.

Recently shopping for a backyard storm door. The Home Depot had many styles available e.g, screens and no screens only window, different window lengths, lightweight or heavy doors, many door colors, several metal handle styles and metal colors, etc.

I ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING HERE!

Erica and Nick are awesome associates of this HD location! They will help you with any request you have. If you are ever in Dawsonville stop by and ask for them.

My wife has visited this location a few times by herself, and the employees of the store like to make it a point to belittle her. Especially the paint counter (with exception of one outstanding paint employee, Cisco). “Most women don’t know what types of paint”, and “where’s your husband” are the personal favorites. This store is RIDICULOUS, and quite honestly my wife is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of handy work, and it’s offensive to her, and myself. Do better.

I stopped at this Home Depot because I was in the area. I couldn’t believe how much friendlier the employees were here then other Home Depot’s I have shopped at.

Jayne in the appliance section was so kind and knowledgeable. She was quick to help us find the perfect dishwasher
