I was able to find what I needed at a reasonable price and had many selections to choose from. The associates were helpful in showing me where certain merchandise could be found, and one even accompanied me to the correct aisle. Probably the store could have been cleaner, but it was bearable; I could tell they were in process making some changes and moves in merchandise.

Needed to purchase custom windows, absolutely no help available.. Out of brand name products in bath area. Even though I love the Home Depot app, and find things to purchase readily, it has been months since I have had an employee ask me “if they can help me find something”. The management needs to be replaced at this store and the employees need serious retraining. Obviously they are now hiring people that have no outside experience.

Worst customer service.... why can’t I go to a Home Depot in Michigan and find nice employees? Some are nice and friendly and want to help. But my experience in Michigan has always been like that. I really like how I was treated as a customer in Seattle, Wa area.

Customer service on Sunday 6/28/20 was horrible. You need to check your staff on how they deal with customers.

I was disappointed that the wearing of masks at this dangerous time was not being enforced, and I had to go into the store for my pick up order which took about 1/2 an hours to get and then I was shorted one bag of topsoil out of 10.

Close to home, kind professional courteous, knowledgeable staff, many products for all your home and garden improvements. easy to find items, store aisles are clean, properly labeled, Amidst COVID-19 the store is designed to help with social distancing and ensure employee and customer safety . Sanitizer is provided when customers walk in for hands and carts. staff is always helpful and willing to assist. As a longtime customer, Home Depot has what the customers need, the prices are competitive and affordable,plenty of promotions and discounts. The store location provides convenience, plenty of shopping carts clean and easy to find, lot of parking. I am a happy satisfied customer.

Until the store change how many are allowed in (50 or less), make customers wear facial covering, close down the returns, and get more help even if this mean the store manager getting his hands dirty, I will wait to shop there again or until Covid ends.

More friendly service people to help

The help I received from a particular employee (Barb in Returns) was nothing less than amazing! There were many employees walking around helping others in the store and it was a very clean environment, considering it has so much in the way of building materials.
