I bought an Anderson door from Home Depot and when the installer came and showed me how to take out the window on this model, I told him it would be very hard for me to do that. He told me about 2 other models that would be easier for me to use. I called Anderson and they basically told me they wouldn't do anything for me. I spoke with Sue Spence at the Home Depot Dearborn store and she told me they would be very happy to change out the door for one I wanted and all I would have to pay was the difference in the price. They also agreed to waive the install fee. I was extraordinarily happy with them. Sue was a joy to work with and made sure by her actions that I would return when I needed any other big items.

Always in and out in a timely manner, with no issues.

This a great store with lots of great people. You can always get questions answered here. I find that products are always available and the help is friendly. Joann at the contractors cashiers entrance is always great.

I like to find help when I go to Home Depot when I need it to find the right products there's no one to help in Home Depot and no one care abut the customer. I spend hours just looking for the right products now I'm thinking to go to shop at different store for my home someone provide help and good customer service

Was charged for mulch. when I went to the side to pick it up, no one was there to get it loaded to my car. I waited and then went back into the store and found out there was no inventory available. Had to go to customer service to get refund for products they didn’t have in inventory. Took the time and made a complaint to the manager. he did not take down any information just said sorry. Well sorry I will not be shopping at the store anymore.

Asked for someone to being down a pallet of peat moss. It took FIVE employees and 40 minutes and STILL no one helped. A kid, Ramiz, employee threw a bag of peat moss in my car and bag broke and REFUSED to clean it. Minimum wage employees. Ugh!

The products were easy to locate. staff was generous and helpfull .nice clean hardware store thats close to where i live to get supplies hardware or a really nice bar b que grill.

I would like to see way more LED products stocked at your store. More products using wifi such as switches, outlets,even wifi light bulbs, etc. Otherwise the store is stocked with many good products. Thanks!

Patsy at customer service is awesome!!! She has helped me on two different occasions within the last few months. Home Depot does not tell them when I write in the surveys, but I am. Great job!!!!
