Michelle in painting is 5 star quality. Have spoke to her several times and she is always 5 star quality. Sylvia is always 5 stars as well. She is always so nice and a wonderful pro desk employee. 5 stars for both!!!!

Kenn helped me today when I so needed it. I cannot lift due to car accident/back surgery and helped me to take soil bags in my truck and that meant the world to me.

I reviewed a lot of products before making my decision to purchase sku #1007417855. Price online said $199. The tool associate was very helpful, but we could only find one of these on the shelf even though quality on hand said 5. At checkout, sku #1007417855 rang up $259. I showed the cashier their website advertisement but she refused to honor it, saying that it was store policy to not honor their own advertised price. Because of the hassle, this was probably my last visit to Home Depot.

Donna (mgr) and Patricia were an amazing help. My fridge died late in the day and I was able to get a replacement on the spot even though they are normally not stocked at the store. They sold me a floor model with a great discount. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing and they made my day by making sure I got my new refrigerator!!!

Found the product I was looking for. Cashier Kimberly was great at her job!

Alicia in the Decatur AL store who worked in the South Huntsville store before went all through the store from Hardware to Lawn and Garden where she found me to let me know she found what I was looking for and brought it to me! SUPERIOR SERVICE!!!

If there is a problem, Kymmie will definitely solve it for you. She is respectful and fun to be around and serious about her job. I had a complicated issue that needed to be resolved and was at the customer service desk for 3 hours and not once was I irritated. The complication was not because of them, it was something on my end and they got it cleared up. I am very satisfied with my trip there.

I have totally remodeled two houses recently, will only shop at this store. The paint department knows their product like chemist.

Was easy to find the faucet I was looking for.

These two ladies obviously understand customer service. Donna saw my deer in the headlight look and walked to the end of her cashier bay to see if she could help me. Then the 2nd lady unbeknownst to me came down the aisle calling out to us because we'd passed the item we were looking for! How thoughtful to actually follow through to make sure the customer found the item they wanted! After all I went to Home Depot specifically to get this one item. A very satisfied customer left and wanted to thank the two ladies that helped me have a great day/experience!

Cashier was rude disrespectful and seemed bothered by me asking for a manager to help me get my military discount..

Bought paint and flooring, great selection and employees were great to deal with. The attitude of the employees always determines the out outcome of the visit IMO

We had order online to pick up in store & come to find out they didn’t have it in stock. The gentleman searched high and low and unfortunately did not find our items. We decided to go in while we were in our way to Madison and we stopped in to look. We found the items and Alicia stopped what she was doing & assisted us! Very impressed with the customer service and assistance Alicia provided us. She went above and beyond to get us squared away with our order that was cancelled to get us out the door with our items. She was quick & very well trained on customer service! We appreciate Alicia and believe credit is due where credit is earned. Thank you, Alicia! We get better care at Decatur than Florence store!

We dealt with Peggy on replacing all of our appliances and she was excellent to work with. She helped us tremendously.

Since moving to Alabama earlier this year, this store hads mazed me with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees! So much diffferent, and better, than the service we used to get at stores in and around Dallas where we moved here from. I always have a good experience at this store. Always! I am gratful to have it so near to my home.

Had a great shopping experience after we went to a competition store looking for several items we needed. Couldn’t find help so we went to Home Depot, should have gone there first.

I'm happy I made a trip to home depot today for the simple fact that my experience at the register today was phenomenal. Donna took the time out of her busy day to assist me in finding what I needed while being respectful and polite along the way. Once she made sure I was good to go she even told me thank you for the visit today. I will definitely come back!
