I just had a great experience at Home Depot in Decatur, Al. The service was great and the selections to pick from were many. Also a price range that would fit almost any budget.

If you go into this Home Depot you have to talk to Noah W. He should be employee of the year. He came out and asked if I needed help getting loaded. I said no thanks I got this. He said well I sure am glad you came to shop here today. I've been in this particular store over a 100 times this year and have never had that kind of greeting before. He was greeting everyone and enjoying working at the home depot.

This store was very clean and all employees were friendly and knowledgeable about products and where they are located and did not have to hunt down someone to help us at least 5 people offered to help with all we needed

Ms Kymmie makes my shopping experience so much fun always eager and happy to help. For a long time I didn't like home depot because everyone seems to be busy doing nothing and act as if you're bothering them plus I had a bad online experience. But ,this lady has really turned it around for me. Y'all if you ever need hardware supplies just go to homedepot and ask for Kymmie if she got you hooked right on up. There are others too but wasn't paying attention to their names (the guy with the deep voice) he's great and the lady in appliances they #rock thanks guys for all you do.

Purchased a new home and we have been updating hardware on cabinets, ceiling fans, and lighting throughout. Plus all new door handles and hinges and exterior door handles and deadbolts. The employees here helped us to find what we needed.

This store is very clean and has a variety to choose from with all their products. Employees are very kind and helpful whatever your need.

IF YOU NEED IT HOME DEPOT PROBABLY HAS IT. SUGGEST YOU SHOP WHEN YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME BECAUSE YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE TO FIND YOUR ITEMS BY YOURSELF. THE ASSOCIATES HERE ARE BUSY SHARING STORIES WITH EACH OTHER AND DON'T LIKE FOR YOU TO INTERRUPT THEM TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH HEAVY ITEMS BE PREPARED FOR AT LEAST A TWENTY MINUTE WAIT FOR THAT TO HAPPEN, YOU MIGHT CONSIDER PACKING A LUNCH THEN YOU CAN KILL TWO BIRDS WITH THE SAME STONE. TYPICAL BIG -BOX STORE AGENDA.

A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR FLOWERS and GREAT HOME DEPOT DEALS

I was immediately impressed with the customer service. One member personally walked me over to the department I needed and made sure my questions were answered. This focus on customer service has become a lost art with many stores. However, I was pleasantly surprised and plan to drive the extra distance to this store specifically for the customer service.

Got just what I needed, Great Friendly staff

Employees that are called upon to cut wood for customer's projects should be trained on how to read a ruler/tape measure. If they make a mistake, they should advise the customer and then cut new boards to insure the customer is satisfied. Trusting that an employee accurately cut the boards was a mistake on my part. Inaccurate cuts mean poorly done projects or added expense replacing wood boards that are too short. Also, poor attitudes by employees equate to customers going to competitive stores.

This store is very clean and all of the employees are so kind! Everywhere you turned there was an employee ready to help with whatever you needed!

The employees make this store a pleasure to visit. They always ask if you need help and are extremely friendly. I wish all Home Depot stores were like Decatur!

The store manager is walking around looking for reasons to tick people off about asking for customer service. That’s the only displeasure that I received at the Decatur store.

Phyllis at the contractor entrance greeted me and asked if she could help me find anything... She directed me straight to what I was looking for! Saved me lots of time
