Megyn was so helpful bringing my ideas to life. She helped me choose the plantings that would thrive and survive in a container, the right soil and drainage. I can’t wait to go back and get annuals to complete the look!

We visited Home Depot (Delafield, WI) in search for an orchid plant and potting mix, and have no successful indoor plant experiences. We were greeted by Megyn and not only did she provide advice, knowledge, and product recommendations, but she helped us repot the orchid we chose before we left the store! We learned so much from her in one visit and we couldn’t be more thankful. We left feeling confident instead of nervous about how to care for our new plant. We’re very excited!

With a customer service employees help, Tammy, i special ordered to LED mirrors . She was extremely quick and pointed out promotions I was entitled to. I really appreciated the service.

I was very impressed with not one but 2 Home Depot employees while shopping. First Pat Ryan helped me compare products I was looking at and I am definitely glad I spent a little extra for my purchase as it is working out exactly as I needed. The 2nd pleasure was Ari’s, who helped me navigate signing up for the military discount while checking out. He noticed I was having difficulty and walked over and offered help and made sure at the end that I was enrolled. Really nice to experience such great customer service!

Delafield Home Depot has great and helpful employees and great selection

I walked in with a sketch of what I wanted and Rich, employee ID D25, in the Lumber department, helped my selected the materials I would need to accomplish my goal! He was so knowledgeable and helpful!

I was looking on line to find the best price for round, Deck wash and other out side stuff. The prices were more then half the price at other stores that sell the same stuff. I needed to find some play sand the guy went and got it for me and then put it in my Jeep. The lady who checked me out was very nice. Home Depot in Delafield is a great store to shop at!

If you ever need help in deciding and ordering flooring, ask for Nancy Waters. She gives exceptional service. She is patient, helpful, knowledgeable, professional yet personal. She can help you in your flooring purchase

Rich helped us in the tool department picking out tools we were purchasing for our church mission group. He took his time answering our questions, showing us the best deals, and suggesting items we may need. Our cashiers Keerthana and LT were very helpful in getting everything checked out quickly. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. It was nice to experience it at our local Home Depot Store

I entered the Hoemdepot knowing what I needed to do but not which Sawsall blade would work the best for me. After a brief discussion with Jayson in the tool dept I selected the blade I hoped would do the job. When I returned home and set about completing the task I found that the blade Jayson suggested was in fact perfect for the job. I found Jayson very helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me out! At the self service check out I also need some help and was immediately assisted by Leanne who was also friendly and made sure I got help loading my truck. This is one of the best Home Depots that I have ever shopped at!

Casey N. Was extremely helpful since I was having trouble walking because of sciatic nerve pain. She helped get the three items I wanted and carried them to the checkout and then she went ABOVE AND BEYOND and carried the 2-2x6x8’ treated boards to my vehicle.

I worked with Lisa today. She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Great customer service, I will shop here again!

I was interested in a gas grill but there was no price on it. Customer Service sent over Troy from Lawn & Garden to assist. Troy was super knowledgable & helpful. Both Michael and Kay in customer service were most helpful in checking out when lots of technical issues happened with their keypad. All went well and the service I received was exemplary.

Return of a purchase.

I am doing a remodeling project for my kitchen. I came to Home Depot and was helped by Bill D for my first stage of my project. He was very helpful and patient with me. Then I was working with Suzi M. Suzi was just as amazing, so helpful and so friendly. Suzi gave me great and practical ideas. And I cannot forget Katherine who always took care of checking me out, with such kindness. I am grateful for all the great service and smiles I received from Delafield Home Depot.

We go to the Delafield Home Depot for any of our home improvements. We recently ordered carpet for our Rec Room, which Nancy assisted us with. She was amazing from beginning to end; very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We would highly recommend going to Nancy!
