Great place and employees thank you

I have done many home improvement jobs with this Home Depot and everyone has been very helpful and efficient. Nancy and Jack did a very thorough job with my special order blinds. Sandy always is very communicative with the scheduling process. I highly recommend this Home Depot for all your remodeling needs and everyday items needed too.

I went into the Delafield, WI store to have some keys copied for a vehicle and was shocked when the price per blank copied key was $5.87 per key..... I would personally recommend going elsewhere to have blank keys copied

I was looking for specific plumbing parts for about a half hour , Craig , an employee came along and said you look like a guy looking for something , can I help ?” I told him what I was looking for and it took him a few seconds!

For the sake of avoiding any confusion, it's recommended that customers confirm with a store associate before removing an item from the marked-down area at this Home Depot. Unfortunately, store associates here will accuse you of marking down items that were already discounted. To ensure fairness and accuracy, it's best to double-check with a Home Depot member.

Paint department such great employees! Also someone is always there to help me. Great check out service! Also love the work shop they have for little kids. SO WONDERFUL

Had got the wrong paint match a couple of days ago and I was told to come back when bruce is working and I did and he help me fix my problem and did it fast!

Every time I go to the home Depot in delafield I get excellent service. The workers are always very helpful, engaging, and go out of their way to help me. It's a great store. I'm a long time home Depot customer and recently moved into the area. The home Depot in delafield rocks it!

While the store didn't have what I intentially went to the store to find, I did find the secondary items, and even found things on sale that I didn't go for. If you shop here, and you have a chance to check out with Leanne, I highly recommend it.

He does a great job and is a nice young man. Also the woman at the service desk was excellent.

Always easy to find products I’m looking for. An employee, Leanne, opened new register and was so pleasant, made me smile as I left with my purchase.

The staff at this Delafield location is over the top WONDERFUL. They are quite knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have bought multiple items in various locations and ea experience was pleasant. The store is well stocked and clean

I had a last minute errand the night before Thanksgiving and right before closing Pat helped me with an order and a return, and he did it with genuine warmth and a smile. I truly appreciated his kindness, especially right as they were about to close.

Sam was our cashier in Delafield and to say he was fantastic is understated. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our shopping experience was really great!!

I found all the items I needed to complete my 6 projects for my home. Jayson at checkout was really helpful along with all the staff that helped me. My cart was full!

I just returned with the 1/4" plywood to put under my couch and chair cushions to add support. Rob in. Lumber who worked there 17 years, was excellent on the phone and while there to help me pick the plywood (based on the use case) explaining what and why and using my pictures with measurements, helped me calculate the size to cut the wood for support, then ID'd the pieces from the scraps. It Worked!! Thanks so much!!

Not only I found what I was looking for at Home Depot, but the lady who helped me, went above and beyond and deliver with great attitude and positivity. She brought stairs and climbed to give me the last of the little monsters hanging on the display. She had to work hard to get them down and though it was nerve wrecking, she kept her cool. Kuddos. I wish I looked her name. She is blond and tiny. She deserves employee of the month.

This HD WILL NOT apply the military discount without you having the HD Virtual ID…like absolutely refuse the discount and tell you to come back with your receipt AFTER you set up the virtual ID to go to customer service to apply it then. Suggestion: Go to the Waukesha, WI location; they will apply it, then gently push the use of the Virtual ID if you don’t have it set up. HD policies clearly not applied uniformly throughout all stores.

I have been very thrilled with the help from the staff. Tools, etc are not my thing. I'm running errands for my husband and know nothing about that stuff. They don't treat me like the dummy that I feel I am. I sincerely appreciate that.
