Received great customer from Mr.Alvin!

The self-check assistant was too close to the shoppers, and when I asked her to step back away, she laughed at me. I would think by now everyone would know how serious the pandemic is - this lady has a sign on her to remind everyone to stay 6 feet apart, but I had to use my tape measure to show her she needed to move back 6 feet.

Poor attitudes. Poor inventory.

Purchased a washer and drier set. Randal was the representative that assisted us. He absolutely NAILED IT!!! I'm pleased with my purchase. Can't wait for it to arrive.

I wish this was a positive review, but it is not. As a female shopper my knowledge of any home improvement essentials is limited. Today’s experience was very disappointing, associate was not very helpful at all. Unfortunately, I had the same experience a few days ago with the associate when purchasing a washer/dryer. I’m still contemplating cancelling the order and ordering from another store. In both situations they both seemed annoyed when asking questions. I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years, and with all the competition customer service will definitely kill your business. My hope is that this review is taken seriously and not just added to a pile, but your team us reminded of customer service as we approach probably the busiest shopping time of the year.

Walked in during a downpour, a flatbed was found for me and dried off so that the cardboard boxes wouldn't end up falling apart, it was sopping wet. That was appreciated so much. Went to the flooring dept. The associate who helped us spent at least 30 minutes hunting something down for us that had been put in the wrong spot. That's not the first time one of their associates has gone out of their way to be helpful.

Cathy in customer service is so knowledgable and professional. They are lucky to have her working at the Delran store. Everyone should be so attentive.

All I can say is what a great experience shopping at this Delran Home Depot!!!

Good store! They are the only ones in the region with 78 inch interior doors.

Staff is helpful and knowledgable

Chris at the customer service desk doesn't understand his role is to provide actual customer service. He was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. If you have to use this store make sure you don't have to deal with Chris if you need to return something. Also if you're looking for people to follow covid guidelines it won't happen here.

Whenever I go to shop there the staff is always helpful to answer my questions and explain my selection options when asked.

Very unclean. They stall while working. The lines are too long. They have personal issues about customers.

I experienced the worst customer service today trying to buy a window. I rather had the man tell me he didn't want to help me. Instead he wasted my time giving me excuses why he couldn't order window when I had all the info in my phone. He didn't even want me to read it to him. I think this social distancing is being used to get away with the disregard and negative treatment.

Cathy at customer service is mean and gives the finger to customers.

This store is very welcoming and has the part i want.

I went to homedepot to purchase a water heater and fortunately purchased the wrong one. I reached out to the store and the manager assisted me on doing the return without any problems.i would recommend this store, please just ask for Fahima she is one of the store managers in this location.
