l was very impressed with the service l recieved on a particuliar visit to the store.The employee,Scott was very helpful,even tho my purchase was small,he took an extra step or two to help me resolve my issue.l was extremely satisfied,l would visit this store again,in the past,the customer service desk employees&cashiers have been extremely friendly too.l just wanted their service to be recognized,sometimes the customer forgets to tell the store manager about the good work their employees are doing,so I'm taking a moment to do so,thanks .

We visited the store to purchase various items in several different departments. In each department we were in, we could not find any associates for assistance. When an associate was found we were rerouted to someone else because that specific person was not in the department we needed help in. When we did received assistance, we greeted the associate with the old part that needed to be replaced in order to avoid any error. The associate provided us with the wrong item and we were unable to continue our project until we return the wrong item and retrieve the correct one. Check out was also a nightmare. I was directed to customer service where I was treated like a burden and the store manager was needed in order to apply the coupon I had. After waiting sever minutes and the store manager being called multiple times, I walked out of the store angry and upset. By far the worst experience I have had in a Home Depot.

Employee Emery Hines at store 0970 was very helpful to me and my husband a couple of months ago getting warrantee satisfaction from Anderson Windows to replace our damaged sliding glass doors. He was patient and kept un informed throughout the entire process.

Sue Bach and Yolanda OBrien in the appliance department were amazing. Those two Appliance Specialits, really knew their stuff. I’d order from them again in a heartbeat.

Waited 45 minutes to pick up an online order after 3 days of being notified that it was "ready" for pick up only to find out it was not. Will never shop at this store again.

this day 6/18/2018 was a pleasant Home Depot shopping experience.

Tom, in the paint department was rude and disrespectful. Returned a gallon of paint was told at the refund desk I had to get approval from Tom. I had a orange color he says to me well what color did you want blue. Very rudely.

We have found the management and staff of this Home Depot to be caring and customer satisfaction focused. They make it a pleasure to shop at this location!

COULD NOT WRITE THE TOTAL PROBLEM WHICH WAS ABOUT AN IGNORANT EMPLOYEE, AND AFTER ALL THIS DON'T QUALIFY FOR SWEEPSTAKES UNLESS I ALLOW YOU TO SEND ME MORE GARBAGE EMAILS. ALSO, WAITING OVER AN HOUR ON HOLD BECAUSE THE NEW DRYER DELIVERED TODAY WAS DEFECTIVE AND NOW i CAN'T GET A NEW ONE UNTIL NEXT FRIDAY. DONE, DONE AND DONE. CAN'T WAIT FOR THE PHONE CALL

I Have the opportunity to frequent many home improvement stores...Home Depot, Delran NJ is the best home improvement store I've dealt with in the last twenty years...I try to get to this store whenever possible... all home improve stores r NOT the same.as a matter of fact all HD r Not created equally..Delran HD,even if they r smaller then some,is the best HD store I've ever dealt with..n I hope to maintain that relationship as long as I possibly can...u won't b disappointed with this gem..

There are far too few staff. There are seldom workers in the various departments. I have to 8 of 10 visits go to a front desk and ask for staff to be paged to come to the are where I am shopping to ask questions and get other help.

The Expert Help that I always receive in the Plumbing Department has continuously saved me hundreds of dollars. Many thanks to Bill who works in that Department.

The Delran Store has made a lot of improvements. The lighting is better and there are more employees to ask question to.

Location is good, as it is a stand alone store with its own parking lot (no other businesses share the lot) so there is no other traffic in the way. Store seems small on the inside, as it has a lot products but there is not a lot of elbow room when it is crowded. Staff all seemed friendly and helpful.

The items are easy to find. Its very clean and the associates are kind and friendly.

We shop here all the time. Always clean and employees very helpful and present. Will continue to do our home supply shopping at this store.

I came in to buy drywall screws. I asked where they were and I was helped fast and got out fast. Very helpful in this store.

Went in to look at dishwashers. All ready looked on line. Yolanda assisted me and made my whole experience a pleasure. Yolanda found the model on the computer , showed it to me in showroom. Explained delivery , installation , hauling and financing. Great experience. A++ customer service. Yolanda was both friendly and helpful.
