Self checkout works great for a couple small things. Self checkout is horrible for a cart full of home projects.

Have lived in Colorado for 44 years and in the same house for 37 years. Have always used store 1507 because of the people and almost having everything I need. Very rare you don't have it and if you don't you will tell me the closest Home Depot that does.

Have had several experiences with employees that go above and beyond to make sure my amateur projects turn out the best they can be!

I was there at this location and (CODY) & (MARTHA) did not help at all they make me so mad that i didn't wanna buy anything from that store they're not friendly at all, and also they think because there manager they have the right to talk to customer any how they like

This Home Depot is all ways busy because they have the selection, prices and employees to satisfy you every need or want.

Please give a pat on the back to Jerry in lumber. He is a true craftsman and made some difficult cuts on the saw so we could build a step off our patio. A terrific guy in our opinion.

I was at Home Depot the other night- Tuesday. Had excellent service with all the employees I approached to ask questions on a few jobs I am doing around the home. I also was very interested in the electric lawn mowers. Especially the Ryobi , I think you should Demo the product so customers could see how they work. It's really difficult to see the product on a shelf above your head a few feet. I really like the products. Coming back soon to make a purchase. Deborah the cashier was extremely helpful with all my questions and very nice at check out. Thank you- JJ

I work in real estate and came in to have keys copied. While "Tom" was making my keys, I stated that I had a few other things to get, and would be right back. When I returned, Tom was gone, and there were no keys. I asked several associates, but no one seemed to know where Tom was, or offered to help find him or my keys. When he finally emerged (he'd gone to lunch), I asked him for my keys, and he stated he had left them atop the key machine. They were no longer there, to which he simply said, "Sorry". I told him that they were the only copies of a property I was getting ready to show. I asked what I was supposed to do, and his only comment was, "I dont know", and walked away. I was livid. Finally, someone suggested I check with Customer Service--at the far end of the building. Sure, why not. However, when I arrived, the woman there was clearly in a foul mood. She was shoving carts into each other, and finally turned to me and said, "Do you have a question?" I told her I was looking for my keys, to which she replied, "Why didn't you say so?", opened a drawer pulled out a bag, and handed me my keys. What a horrendous experience! Worst THD in the Denver-area. So much for "Excellent Customer Service" in your Values Wheel.

I really enjoy getting my home improvement item's from this home Depot. The staff are always eager to assist & the staff is knowledgeable on the items I was inquiring about.

This store is not only very clean, there are plenty of employees to assist you. Jim in carpeting is the guy to ask for and worth waiting for if he is not working the day you need him. I have never walked into this store and have been disappointed. The service is wonderful!

Great Service

I have been to a MANY of Home Depot's but this location #1507 in particular has employees that seem to be very knowledgeable of their products.

Some times I have a hard time finding an associate to help me on the rare occassions I need help. I would like to know about sales when they happen.

This location, along with Littleton off Belleview and Highlands Ranch have treaded me, my family, neighbors and friends very fair.

As a side project, I am learning to build a cabin on my own. I went to the electrical section to ask just a few quick questions during a previous visit. The gentlemen not only answered my questions, he went above and beyond.

Great location and fully stocked with all basic needs for my home.

This time of year the Christmas decorations are a hot commodity. I ordered a light up reindeer online but was not at the store because the systems could not keep up with how quickly the items were selling. Have no fear! The amazing staff at the customer service desk, Mim; the floor staff Nate; and the store manager Jennifer were incredible. They searched the store high and dry for it. They even looked at giving me the floor model. Ultimately, they sold me a higher valued item similar to what I purchased for the original, lower price I paid. They never hesitated and were so friendly and helpful. They turned what could have been a disappointing shopping moment to a delightful surprise. I will surely continue to shop there knowing how much their employees value their customers!

Awesome experience!

We worked with Beth on designing our kitchen remodel. We spent a total of 5-6 hours with her over two different nights. We were not kept waiting for our appointment times. Beth was very knowledgeable and was very thorough and patient--taking time to explain things, show us examples of what she was talking about, and just in general helping us explore our options. It was a pleasure working with her.
