This is one of the best Home Depot stores I’ve been in. Associates are friendly, the store is clean and easy to shop.

Worse service ive ever gotten, Took almost a month and a half to get my refund, Fix Your IT Guys or hire someone who knows what there doing. Will NEVER Shop this store if it was the last place that had anything in stock. I'll shop other and better stores where customer service means something.

The cashier at this store Debra doesn't know her position, her name tag says cashier but she thinks she's a loss prevention associate. I had the worse shopping experience of my life at this store. I will not be shopping there again.

I did try to go to the 2 Home Depot stores in Panama City and this one is far better in customer service and selections of merchandise.

Was treated like a criminal when I tried to use a gift card

Associates gathered and conversed with one another instead of stepping around the corner to assist us with loading 20 rolls of insulation onto two carts and the cashier was rude.

After getting little to barely any help from a rude staff member at a local competitive store, I was very glad I chose to try Home Depot. There staff member Jose was patient, kind, and willing to help me get what I needed to fix my home steps that were beginning to show signs of damage due to previous storms. I honestly would not have been able to get what I needed without his guidance. I had traveled an hour for a doctor's appointment. I was tired and already upset from my previous store experience. He helped me find the proper board sizings needed and helped me to load them. Thank you.

The employees were very rude, They were not helpful. And I went in for 1 item and wound up spending more time waiting for help than I did cashing out.i spent 3 minutes checking out. But I spent 1 hour trying to get help.

love the store and most the employees but when it comes to anything dealing with getting loaded or help they suck everyone runs the other way

The store is closer for me than similar stores and usually has whatever I'm looking for....and sometimes at a little lower price. At this time of year, I believe their garden shop could be a little better stocked. On the other hand, I bought a "snake plant" there when nobody else in the area had one.

The store was clean and the staff was very friendly! We had several employees ask if they could help us. For what we were there for we didn’t need help but to be asked and be friendly about it is an A+ in my book. We always use this Home Depot and will continue to use it!
