Great store, parking could be better, and occasionally get harassed by survey vendors from those water quality scammers. I would give it a 5 star review if I haven’t been approached 3 times about that stupid survey. I messed up and completed it once for a chance to win a $50 Home Depot gift card. I got spam calls and ended up getting cussed out on the phone by the guy wanting to come in my house to test my city water.

Staff is courtious, friendly and ready to help you. Well stocked and easy to find what you need. Great selections.

Great store with friendly employees! They have everything other stores have, just not the crowds to go with it.

The store was extremely clean, even though they were breaking down Christmas displays. The employees were very helpful.

Always can find a helpful employee and always a better selection than Lowes.

Going through lumber side the door was unusable, had to go through the huge doors and outside overhead roof leaking all over the place...pretty sad.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Purchased Kitchen package which included delivery and installation. Purchased all necessary kits/accessories for installation. Delivery/installation company assured us that they could and would install all appliances. When delivered, personnel were not qualified or equipped to install appliances. Dishwasher kit did not have necessary parts, range cord did not fit receptacle, they did not have bit to drill holes to install microwave. This was not a retrofit situation. Appliances were delivered to new construction home built to current standards and codes. I understand that Home Depot contracts to delivery/installation company. However, Home Depot advertises the delivery and installation as a benefit of purchasing from them and it is a direct reflection on them. Local store would not connect me to manager to share disappointment and frustration. I am paying building contractor to install the appliances professionally. Purchase experience in store was great. Unfortunately, they did not deliver on what was sold and promised!

Store was very clean, well organized and laid out excellently for ease of shopping. Christy and Melissa provided the best customer care and service the wife and I have experienced ever. Hands down the best retail shopping experience in a very, very long time. Will definitely visit on a more regular basis. Well worth the drive, time and money spent. Completed in home measurement for carpet set-up, pre-order for carpet and padding, special order for custom Bali blinds and even ended up buying a new Christmas tree

The Dothan store is notorious for no customer service, yet they have employees wandering the store. You literally have to look for one to get some help. Many times they just walk by and you are invisible to them. This not the first time it has happened to me. When I finally stopped a associate and asked for the item I was looking for, I was sent to the wrong aisle and couldn't find it. Second person I stopped, actually walked to the item I was looking for. Very poor employees and management must be sorely lacking.

This store always goes above and beyond to help me, if i need it. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable in their departments.

I love working with this store since I noticed that prices were a bit lower than other home improvement stores in area and that the store employees have been equipped with devices to look up information that customers may ask. I shopped there today and got an awesome deal with my application for a charge card. GREAT GOING HOME DEPOT!

I shopped at the Dothan store after several disappointing trips to The store in Albany,Ga. I left there VERY frustrated, unable to get any help and felt like an intruder that was in the way. At the Dothan store, EVERYONE wanted to help me! The cashier, Vivian, went above and beyond the norm to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. Well worth the trip !

Great Employees Always working to help you find the best product at the best price

Bought a shop vac and a gas grill, due to aisle and bay layout being clearly marked and well organized I was able to locate what I wanted quickly and with no hassle. Had some questions about the grills, received friendly and knowledgeable assistance very quickly. The cashier at checkout was very efficient but still friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasure to shop this store.
