We're currently updating my sister's kitchen countertops and cabinets. Chris was very helpful with his recommendations and confirmations regarding our choices and the required processes. He was patient, understanding and professional....excellent customer care.

After receiving horrible customer service in another store, I drove extra miles to see if Home Depot could help. I was amazed at the quality of customer service I was provided. Very helpful staff and made my experience a positive one. Employees took ownership of the situation, they didn’t ignore my needs.

We have been in many Home Depot stores and this was quite a mess. Products were everywhere on the floor to the point that you had to step around a lot to look at your desired item. Shelves had products on them but many, at least what i was looking for, were not in their proper places and absolutely no one could explain how an item which chowed to be in stock on the website AND the telzon that the floor people carry was not in the locked cabinet where it should have been. The check out person, while nice, was much too chatty. Sad because this is our hometown Home Depot. We have a place in Florida an those stores are much neater and products are much more easily found on the sales floor.

It's always someone willing to help you or point you in the right directions. I so love this store.

Quinton Richardson goes above and beyond EVERY time I shop here. I even caught him about to go on his lunchbreak one day and he stuck around to help me. He was HAPPY to help, not at all irritated or grumpy about it. You guys truly have an asset with him, thank you Quinton so very much. Also, Maude is so pleasant whenever I check out, such a sweet demeanor. Love it guys!

The store in Dover is excellent but maybe some few of the employees in the Customer Service need more improvements in dealing with accurate customer info & especially on the high ends merchandises that the store are selling.

It’s an overall great store to shop in. The employees are great with positive attitudes and very helpful it’s the only Home Depot I would ever shop in

I live in Florida and shop at Home Depot frequently, the store in Dover , DE was Exceptionally more friendly store.

Always an excellent experience at this store and my latest experience when I went to buy a thatching rake was no different. I see you are only hiring people that understand the customer comes first. That is why you continue to earn my business. And as a business owner, also, that is important to me.

Store was well cleaned! Everything I were looking for were present and Nierah and Alicia I believe her name was were helpful . Will definitely be coming back to Dover Home Depot soon .

The Pro Desk features three charismatic and helpful gentlemen: Jim, Bob and Quintin. They are gems and offer tremendous value to the store. They engage their customers with attentiveness and are helpful beyond expectations.

Great Selections and Very clean and careful of The Pandemic by placing appropriate Spacing. Clean wash throughout the store.

Handicap parking spaces are down by the south entrance. The cash registers and exit is on the north end of the building. There are no registers down by the entrance where the handicap people park. Only one register was open. a lot of handicap people can’t use self service registers. I don’t use them because I don’t work for Home Depot. They aren’t paying me to check myself out. And it’s taking jobs away from people.

Salesperson Andrew in appliances was extremely professional and helpful

Having difficulty coming to a mutual agreement to resolve an issue with a house full of special order windows that were requested to meet code but do not.
