Very satisfying and I will definitely shop there again

I was the ahole costumer coming in 10 minutes before they closed. I was getting a last minute gift for my father in law but knew exactly what I needed. I asked the gal where what I needed was and she helped right away and when I found it and went to self check out she still offered me more help even though they closed in 5 minutes. Great employees overall and I know it was a crap time to come but didn’t feel like they were annoyed with me at all.

I went in to buy a dishwasher and the sales associates was extremely helpful and pleasant with my purchase, I find the associates at this store to be very helpful and willing to assist when they can in finding products or answering questions.

My home depot has friendly staff, good signage and quick checkouts! They also are easy when you have to return something...I shop here all the time- Much better than other home improvement stores in our area.

Dennis King in the Kitchen Design area worked with us on a complete remodel for our 1985 kitchen. We highly recommend him. He was meticulous, skillful, creative and responsive to our concerns with a project that was definitely not a cookie-cutter project. We are very pleased with our experience with him.

Kathy who works in the washer/dryer/appliances section is absolutely fantastic. Honest about how things work. Thorough explanations. Attentive. Highly knowledgeable. If you want a new washer dryer I would highly and excessively refer you to her at Home Depot. She went over the 30% refund of the 5 year warranty if I dont use it (listed in the warranty info). She also advised other hints and tips on how to proceed. I wish employees like her were at every location. Amazing service and guaranteed loyalty is what she provides to the Boise community.

I bought this step ladder today and stepped on it before taking it home.

Karen Scheutzow in Home Appliances was FANTASTIC. Her manager, Kenny was a complete jerk to her AND ME AND MY HUSBAND. Prioritize, watch your tone, and apologize when necessary- all fundamentals in customer service. Kenny and Don were neither of those things. Karen deserves a raise for her genuine kindness, knowledge, patience, and simply for putting up with people like Kenny and Don.

Ran into a 35-year employee. Didn't know Home Depot has been in business that long!!

There were four registers dedicated to self checkout and three of them were strictly for card usage. Because I wanted to pay cash I was forced to wait because the one register that accepted cash was being used by a person paying with a card. Other people paying with a card were able to cut in front of me simply because of the method of payment. Why not allow both cash and cards at all self check registers?

I had the best shopping experience in this store with most friendly and helpful floor personnel. Was looking for very low cost storage shelving and was directed to free scrap lumber, which was cut to my specified size. Could not have asked for better service.

Once again, Home Depot had excellent prices on Ryobi 18V tools. I was in crunch mode up against a deadline in completing my project and needed assistance obtaining a tool from the secured shelving in the Tools Ryobi section. I asked John from the Pro Counter for assistance but I didnt mention I was in a hurry. He provided immediate assistance, answered all my questions, helped me locate additional 3" cutter discs I needed for the Ryobi 18V Cutter tool I was purchasing, took back a tool I decided not to purchase and he did all with a smile. He even Thanked me for considering the other tool for purchase. It's this caliber of Excellence In Customer Service that continues to make Home Depot my Go-To store for all my household related projects.
