What I purchased was exactly what I needed!

Having recently moved to the Bradenton area, we headed to Home Depot to get some replacement light bulbs because the ones in the home we bought were too bright and harsh! We were greet both entering and leaving the store, BUT the BEST part of our trip was JACK in the lighting area. He was amazing. He spent time with us helping to determine which type of bulb would work best in each area. He gave us his time and was cheerful and knowledgeable. He actually TAUGHT us about lumens and different types of bulbs. I hope JACK is an example of the other people who work at this store.

I BOUGHT 2 GRAB BARS AND WAS NOT SURE WHICH ONES TO BUY. I WAS LEANING TOWARD THE SUCTION CUP GRAB BARS, BUT FELT THEY WERE'NT SAFE ENOUGH.

Sue has been extremely helpful in designing our laundry room cabinet layout. She has been very responsive in follow-up. She even notified us of a sale on the water faucet we had chosen.

We were looking for a Christmas wreath that we couldn’t find on the sales floor. Denise checked the inventory which stated there were 2 in the store. She continued to research to find where the item was stored. She located the wreath and escorted us to the checkout and rang us up. She was so knowledgeable and helpful she made our day. She wished us a Happy Thanksgiving and we were on our way.

My wife and I were in the market for purchasing blinds for our home. Melissa in flooring went above and beyond providing us with the best service with a smile. She is a rockstar associate!!

I would try to avoid Susan at the service desk with any returns you are in need of. She is the definitions of being more worried about being right than what is right for the store or its costumers. Buyer be aware.

Very pleased with my experience yesterday at Home Depot in Bradenton, off University Parkway. First, I had a leaf blower delivered that had an issue with the handle right out of the box. Mitch the manager, said they had it in stock, and come into exchange. He was pleasant. Weds, would be fine, but he won’t be there. When I came in, even tho said 3 in stock, they were unable to locate. The floor associate, Sherry, was very determined to find one for me & even got a ladder out to search top shelves for one out of place. No luck! I requested an assistant manager or manager on duty, and Andi came to help me. First she showed empathy for me, then assured me she will make this right for me. She asked if I would like the next best model instead with no price difference. I said, with a smile, absolutely!! The lady, at the register, Susan, was very pleasant as well. In summary, my bad experience, turned into a great experience. And I, a female as well, kidded at the end, that it was so nice to see all these ladies, handle biz so well at a hardware store. Female empowerment! Excellent job ladies. 👏

Maddie made the design, layout and purchasing of the cabinets a fabulous experience. She is so kind, patient and talented at her work!

Because of the heavy rain, I need some potting soil for my lanai plants. I wanted to purchase a large bag of tropical soil that I wasn't able to place in my cart. Without having to ask the cashier for help, Paul came to my rescue. He placed the soil into my shopping cart, pushed it to check out, then pushed the cart to my car and unloaded it without being rude. He was very polite, interested, and willing to help. Thank you Paul.

Employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

“Paul” in the garden center was very nice and helpful in loading five large bags of soil. He had a big smile and seemed to enjoy his job. He left me with a good feeling about the store.
