I am full of regret that I ever shopped at this store. I'm forced to give them one star; they deserve zero stars.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jake at customer service! He’s such a great assets to the front end of any retail store. Jake’s kind soul, patience to help, attentiveness to really solve any problem, and go above and beyond to accommodate is OUTSTANDING. We absolutely love JAKE. Thank you for all you do!

I am a contractor My business is based out of Sarasota. I shop at the store all the time. Anita is the best she takes care of her people very well.

Two Plumbing Associates ignored my ask for help. Instead they were too busy conversing with other HD Associates. I won't go back!

Got a new HD CC. Went to buy a new Washer and Dryer. Went to Customer Service to check out and make sure we got the 12 months no interest. Was greeted with a "why did they send you here" from a long haired guy with black finger nails. He was extremely rude and condescending when all we were trying to do was make sure we got everything right. Got fed up and went to the cashier. Damien saved us from just leaving by explaining that it would all be automatic when checking out. That's all the Customer Service Rep had to say instead of acting like we were bothering him by spending $2500 at HD by being condescending and rude for no reason. He needs to be retrained or moved to the back where he has no contact with customers. Our visit was great in all areas except for that one guy.

Cid went out of her way to make our shopping experience very pleasant. She greatly assisted in helping us to open an new account so we could take advantage fo the incentives offered to ne account holders.

Kathleen in the paint department was fantastic. Very helpful and efficient.

This home sepotjis by far the best. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Shelves are always neat and easy to find.

Took six days to tell us flooring is unavailable. Told us flooring could be installed in one day. Installer stated three days.

Last 2 shopping trips I have been humiliated and disregarded by staff because I do not have a smart phone to take advantage of the military discount at self checkout. I am 82 years old and will not ever have a smart phone. They have a card they can scan and apply it but always roll their eyes, laugh and argue that they cannot do it and won't again.....always " just this one time mister". I've called corporate twice and they apologize and say store workers can do it and that's why they have the scan card attached to their name badges! Be prepared to be treated like a second class senior when you visit this store if you are trying to use the military discount they offer.

I went to the store to get some pest control .. saw the cabinet sale and headed that way. Joel went through each and every option, color, size and style - very patient, friendly, helpful and thorough!! Thank you Joel!

I enjoy the great friendly service that Carla in the garden shop brings each weekend. She is also very knowledgeable in her work but makes you feel very important. This is why I come to this store even its not near where I live. The employees are always very helpful.

We we’re getting some pendant lights for our kitchen. We just built a home in the area and have been to Home Depot numerous times the past few months. Cid was friendly, genuinely cared and such a pleasure! We hope to see her on other trips in the future!

The washer / dryer was delivered on schedule. The installation was not complete because the installers said the faucets connecting the washer needed to be replaced. My wife was home and asked if the washer & dryer would fit and they assured her it would. The installation is scheduled for 3/7 (five days from now) however since the plumber changed the faucets I checked the measurements and there is absolutely no way this will fit in the spot as the washer measures 27 inches and the dryer measures 29. The space will only allow for 55. MAXIMUM with some adjustments. The installers are due back in four days from today and it is clear to me these new appliances will NOT fit. I have purchased the washer & dryer along with the 5 yr extended warranty and the installation. After trying to resolve this at the store I was told to call the Home Depot “on-line” and then the delivery people who referred me directly to the Home Depot delivery people who referred me to Whirlpool. Whirlpool told me to contact the store. I went back to the store and asked for the Manager who referred me to the Assistant Manager who told me there was nothing that could be done since I did not authorize the return within 48 hrs of delivery. If the delivery was made in 2/26 “and” Installed, it would have been returned within 47 hrs. Since the delivery people could not install it I had to wait until 3/7 for the next available installation date, I can no longer return this item that does not fit. I spent over four hours on the phone and goi g to and from Home Depot to get this resolved. I was told to list the dryer on the internet for sale. Not only won’t I use Home Depot for their appliance services in the future, I will be sure to share this story with my many friends and contacts.

Was shopping here at Home Depot and I just love shopping here the workers are so helpful and friendly I really enjoy my shopping experience!

Best customer service ever at this store.. After many years of shopping here, an employee Yvonne, provided exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond and showed great interest in me as a customer...especially during these stressful times.

The entire staff were fantastic and helpful. Especially front end cashier Cid! She gave World Class Customer Service and had such a great attitude. She clearly enjoys working at Home Depot!
