Who is Miss Kelly Jackson? I hope I have the correct store? Who is the lovely lady who runs the register at the Two Notch Road Store? These ladies are so wonderful! Love your store because of them!! The both work the Garden Department.

Employees are always available and happy to help! What a delightful change from that other place...

This store is badly managed. You have a bunch of lazy men sitting at the computer pretending to do work. Nobody wants to help you. The store was short staffed and when someone finally came to help me, they had no clue what they were talking about. I had to go to the lumber department there were employees walking pass me like I was invisible. I finally asked for help and the guy reluctantly got up from sitting on his behind to start helping me then stop when another customer cut in while I was talking. The employee knew the guy and he just started helping another customer like I didn’t matter. Another really tall guy came back there and asked me what I wanted, I told him 13 panel boards. This guy tell me he can’t help me right now. Smh Why even ask me? I saw him walk off. He wasn’t helping anyone he just didn’t want to help me. Three guys walk pass me talking and nothing. I would have left but I only had 1 day off and I needed to finish my product. It’s unbelievable how the employees seem like they don’t care. Finally after almost 40mins a young man by the name of Myron came to help me. He was kind, he loaded the panels for me. When I got to the cashier she didn’t even greet me. I’m telling you this store needs a visit from corporate. The cashier comes over scan my items, don’t tell me the price just look at me. She handed me my receipt. I said thank you and she said nothing. I asked for load assistance and I kid you not I stood there for a longtime. The same guy Myron came back around again to help me load my truck. I was so frustrated when I left this store. I’m spending a lot of money here and this is how you treat your customers. The manager and employees need a refresher ASAP. Lazy is the 1st word that comes to mind. They should be asking customers is there anything I can help you with. Not going in a different direction when they see a customer. I haven’t experienced a poorly run store like this one. The manager has no control. I was treated so bad today. Sadly nothing will probably be done but I hope Home Depot take note of this incident. This falls on the manager. She needs to get control of her store.

We just had another great experience at this store with three folks doing their utmost to track down a particular item for us and succeeding. Customer service her has been consistently outstanding, a model that others in the industry should study and duplicate. During the big flood in October, 2015 this store stayed open and stocked up on anything and everything those like us who suffered water damage might need. Every time I visited this store during those dark days someone met me at the door, accompanied me throughout throwing items on my cart, helping me find whatever I needed, and pushing my carts to checkout. After I paid another employed brought the carts to our SUV and loaded everything up. Wonderful folks, great prices, great selection. We've purchased several major appliances through them too and found all aspects from delivery, installation, and carting away the old items to be top notch.

The store was neat and everyone was very friendly. I was able to buy my washer and dryer set without any problems. All of my questions were answered.

Store number 1110 in Columbia is conveniently located near interstate 77 . Your inventory is exceptional and I love the customer support. Some other stores in the area seem to have undercover employees. “They never seem to be around when I need them?” This is certainly not the case here. Employees seem to be around when I need them and want to be helpful to make my shopping experience the best it can be. Now, that is customer service. I am in sales and I can tell you great customer service will turn a ordinary customer into a very satisfied Client that will come back again and again. I’m sold!

Paint desk was super helpful as I do about 1 painting project every 3 years and had several questions. The check out team was awesome, loading some very heavy toilets into my truck without me asking. Definitely going to be a return customer through this house renovation project.

Customer service was extremely awful. I walked around for 15 minutes to find one item on my own because none of the staff bother to ask me did I need any help. The store wasn’t even that busy. I asked one guy where the item was and he didn’t bother to show me just said that will be in the garden center. No good morning or your welcome. I could have been a secret shopper. Worst experience ever!!!

Some store associates were wearing their masks improperly, with their noses exposed, This puts all customers at risk of infection. I can not recommend going to this store until all employees are wearing masks properly.
