John was absolutely great in helping me find and load my product on the truck. He made sure everything was good to go before I left.

This Home Depot is not requiring its customers wear masks. About half the customers were without a face covering even though Columbia and Richland County have a mask ordinance. Also, some employees wore masks under their chin.

The store was clean and the associates in the plant department were very helpful this evening. They greeted my daughter and me as soon as we entered the plant department. I got assistance immediately and liked that. ( Sunday July 12, 2020 @ 5:55 pm) All associates were very courteous, all the way to the self checkout. Thank you

The employees at this home depot are the best! Ari was extremely helpful! Spent 2 hours with us talking about different appliances and giving me all of the information I needed, as a first time homebuyer, to buy my first major appliances. Thank you Ari!

Great experience! There were plenty of employees to help and they were super friendly. The other big box home improvement store is so much closer to us but the experience at Home Depot is worth the drive.

This was my favorite Home Depot until I witnessed an associate being extremely rude and disrespectful to another associate. The associate completely humiliated the younger associate after he asked a question by yelling at him and telling him "not to ever interrupt him". The customer laughed while the embarrassed associate (DeAndre) looked mortified. DeAndre was so embarrassed that he walked out of the store. Also, when asking an associate for assistance with a product, the associate looked over my shoulder and asked another gentleman if he could help him. Fortunately, the gentleman said he would wait until he finished with me. I was a bit appalled because I was not expecting either of these behaviors from the associates. I know that these are difficult days that we are facing; however, kindness should not be left out of any interaction. I will never shop at that Home Depot again.

I was there to purchase a Brad nailer. Shortly after arriving an employee approached me and helped me with my purchase. He not only helped me with this purchase but also with purchases I plan to make in the near future. In short the customer service was excellent at this store.

I found the appliance I was looking for with the assistance of the Design Consultant (Hope Aylesworth). She was extremely helpful to me. The store was clean and the associates were friendly and knowledgeable.

I have found home Depot to be helpful and friendly.Their items are priced within reason.

I had a great experience in the middle of the pandemic gathering supplies to finish a project we started at home and install a new above ground pool. James was so helpful I will never forget his kindness and excellent customer service, he changed my opinion about going into home improvement stores alone as a women. Everything I needed was in stock and competitively priced. Associates were available to load everything up for me and I was in and out in no time. I will go to this store from now on, even though it is not the closest to my house.

Awesome customer service we received from Ari and Lee today. My husband and I felt like we were provided so much information on products and services we had been wanted to get completed. They made the shopping experience well worth our time. Ari was helpful from the time we entered the store until the very end. I was truly impressed with the amount of care and professionalism we received today. This store has very organized merchandise. Its staff in general has a very special deal with customers. The surroundings are very clean and the parking is very spacious.

Chelsea, from the paint dept was so helpful today 2-29-20 with our purchase of the bathroom vanity. she answered our questions, and got someone to put it on a cart for us. and even helped us at self check out.she was very nice and helpful! plus, she got someone to help load it on our truck.

Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed for my projects. He even took the time to walk to the other side of the store just to see if they had what I needed. Other than that the store was clean and orderly. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Store was very clean and had everything I was looking for. Ben was very nice and helped me find everything I needed from rope and wood I needed for a project to everything I needed to start my gardening this year. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store for my projects.

Great employees, great location, competitive pricing on products and services. If shopping for items from these type big box stores or online, make it a point to compare with HD products and services. Well worth your time....

Lonnie was wonderful. He was kind , helpful, personable and not at all pushy. He helped us pick out a new Moen faucet for our kitchen and even made our 1 year old smile. Thank you Lonnie!
