The Pro Desk at this store was ON POINT! They set me up with an account over the phone, and within MINUTES I was able to send my contractors there to make purchases!!! I am very satisfied with the customer support and we will continue to use this store for the remaining projects that we have, as well as for personal purchases!

The woman at checkout was excellent at her job and friendly as could be.

The tool rental manager, is very knowledgeable about Home Depot's products. Whether it's doing repairs or a project, his product proficiency, attention to detail, and guidance has helped mine to turn out great! I have observed that he greets every person that he encounters and offers his help, willing to go the extra mile. Because of this associate, I will always shop this store over any other. He even helped me make an informed choice about a smoker/grill. It turned out that the one I wanted was sold out (must have been popular), the cashier was helping me locate one at another Home Depot, when store manager approved an even better quality smoker/grill substitution. This store always have what I need and employees are know when to leave you alone when you are just window shopping. Sometimes, I just need to walk around until I find something new. The store always has what I'm looking for and I can be in out really quick, even on days when I visit three or four times. I have never had a problem with a return and the employees are always helpful.

i purchased some lawn equipment at home depot and i just want to same Home Depot customer is on point always willing to help. That alone mean so much to a customer to continue to be willing to give repeat business.

i have had great results getting help from several employees.they have a large staff of women that are very knowledgeable about many departments. i have been able to buy almost everything i need in store instead of on line. i have been able to get help to find all the items i need. i am always in a big hurry.

Lackluster, lazy young guys who like to avoid loading of products. everyone there has an attitude of not wanting to be there. Take my advice, just drive to the next location. You will save a lot of time by doing so!!!!!!

The store it's just hard to help available employees to help when you need help, The Lord forbid if you find one that had a bad day it make the rest of them look bad.

I am a single man redoing my kitchen. Sondra is my new Home Depot designer at Bridgewood location for ideas and appliances on this adventure. Go see her if you do not have a clue like me. Bought the new washer and getting other new appliances soon.

I’ve experienced excellent customer service at Home Depot in Fort Worth Tx.

I buy 99% of everything I need for our home at this store and seldom have I not been able to find what I need. Over several years as a customer here there has always been somebody very willing to help and enthusiastic to do so within the store. Where I would suggest improvement would be: not enough open check-out lanes even during peak times and the people at the check-out stands need to have the same friendly attitude and demeanor as those that work the floor. Lastly, while there always seems to be good, helpful people available the employee retention rate seems poor. I have actually heard from both employees and ex-employees that management does not value good people enough and this is a matter of corporate culture that needs to change. There is a direct relationship between customer satisfaction and happy, well-appreciated employees and nothing has a more positive impact on success and profit than employees who are valued.

Dennis and David definitely deserve a raise!!! These two guys are beyond awesome! Store 1151 Bridgewood drive, ft worth TX 76112. They helped my mom and I put together this lawnmower that needed extra attention. And I tried to offer a tip after all was done. And those two angels did not take it. They even put the lawnmower in our car and offered tips and advice on how to maintain it.

Helpful employees

Shopping at Home Depot is like a child being in a toy store. They have great stuff and it's cheaper than the competitor every time, so I stopped going to the competitor! Both entities are friendly, but it seems to be more oriented to home design. We are always fixing our houses up, so I'm more interested in the construction part and all of the accoutrements that go with building and repairing things. Love Home Depot on Bridge St.
