This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. It is nice to see employee's striving to bring Home Depot Service back to the level it was at when Home Depot first opened their doors and the first several years of operation. If they keep this up, I will look for reasons to go to Home Depot.

The customer service is great! I would highly recommend this Home Depot to everyone in our area due to the assistance and cleanness of the store. The management and associates are always friendly and very helpful. Mr. Larry have proven to be a valuable asset to this company due to customer service resolutions and great follow up in making sure the customer is highly satisfied.

Very pleasant associates

I am a natural born handyman and can fix or repair most problems at my home myself. Home Depot is about two miles from my home and I have been in that store many many many times to get items to repair or fix home problems. Thank You Home Depot for being there.

I waited a good 15 to 20 minutes before an employee saw I needed help and asked me if I wanted to be helped. Too many homeless people loitering around the store and badgering paying customers is a frightening experience. This store location should beef up security and make the homeless people stay out of the store and away from the store grounds so paying customers will feel comfortable shop there.

this store has come a long way it is much better then it was in the past.

This Home Depot is well stocked, clean, and has friendly, smiling faces all over. I purchased custom paint, and the employee was very quick and helpful to me and other customers. I also bought some window glaze, but the bar code caused a delay at the checkout since I got a case and it would only ring up one unit. That was taken care of quickly, and I was out the door and on my way... I WILL shop at this location again, and suggest others try it out if you have not shopped there in the past.

First time in a long time I have walked out happy, the Eastside Home Depot actually had enough people working and stocking to make the store look inviting. And more than one ask if I needed help when I stood longer than a minute scanning the shelves for what I required. It was there, just not in plain sight. They showed me where to look and ask if I required anymore help. One of the best visits in a while, happy to see customer support is coming back!

There is rarely any employee around to answer questions or help, when I do find someone they often cannot answer my question for some reason or another

EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL

The store location is good at the crossing of two major highways. This gives more opportunities to remember why I need to shop there.

Each and every time I go to home Depot its a good time, they are friendly and very good at what they do. Props to all the employee's.

Went today Cashier very rude and has no mathematic skills. I don't plan on ever returning to this store or Home Depot.

there is someone (girl) every morning doing a clean up..basicly the store day and afternoon always clean....hardware associate always friendly

Close to home

Well convenient because it is close to the house.

My mother and I went to this store not really knowing what to expect or if we would even get what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised at the customer service and the way the associate went out of his way to make sure he accomplished what my mom and I were asking. The associate's name is Concepcion and he was great. He deserves a raise. Two thumbs up for Home Depot for hiring an employee of such high caliber like Concepcion.

Workers are always friendly

They profile people here. Don't like being made to feel as a suspicious person. Will spend my money elsewhere.

This store needs some management attention. Frequently, I find that items are out of stock and there is not personnel available to access product or assist customers! Very inadequate!

Man at Pro desk (SVS6166) and i apologize i didn’t get his name; although he was wearing a straw cowboy hat. This man was a real blessing helping me check out with my tax id for products purchased. He has alot of patience. Thx HD for hiring him. This made my day today & Always with friendly employees

The special order door department is awesome. They took the time to make sure I understood every aspect of the product and install. Ask for "Chester"! He's the go to guy. VERY patient ! I left the store respected, happy and a very satisfied customer.

I found what I was looking for easily and the store was clutter free. Associates were helpful and if couldn't answer my question, would stay with me until he/she found the answer. Had house keys made and this was done quickly.

Staff all over the store super friendly and knowledgeable about there job great job everyone.
