Bought this today and it was easy peasy

Thanks Carrie, Jackie & Jaxson for going above and beyond and getting these Bernese Mountain Dog statues for us off the pallets. The store wasn’t even set for Christmas yet, but they insisted they could grab a few for us. Your kindness and willingness to help is much appreciated!!

I bought a thousand dollar air compressor that was a floor model and was forced to take it, only to find out that it was returned prior and had an old 200 dollar central pneumatic from harbor freight in it from the employees not checking the return? I bout 2 tool boxes totalled over 1200 dollars and had to load them myself due to being told they had nobody capable of helping me load them. This time I had to load a industrial steel shelving unit that depicted 2 person lift due to nobody helping after the so-called manager said he would be waiting. I went back in he said he was going to investigate and said there's my loader, so I said let's see what happened. He said I get off in 15 minutes, I'll sort it out tomorrow? I asked if I could file a complaint and he said you just did. Totally unprofessional and rude. They make you feel like you are doing a disservice by asking them to help or do their jobs.

I came in and got my agreeable grey paint and was out of the store very quickly. This store is always clean, stocked and always someone to help me if I need it. The best paint department in Ohio

I have been coming here more often lately, because of customer service, product quality, availability, and value.

I brought in 3-small chips of paint that I needed matches for. The gentlemen was able to match them perfectly.

Convenient got everything I need for my home appliances.

Patty in appliances was so helpful going out of her way to look up the previous purchase of our appliances to see if they were under warranty. She walked us through our new appliance purchases and was so pleasant.

I just wanted to buy a grill, but needed it not preassembled so it would fit in my vehicle, the associate that i had to go find cause they're all experts at hiding then argued with me that i didnt want to build it myself, i just needed the one on the floor that was already built. i got frustrated and left to go find another store

The staff at the paint counter was very helpful.

We saw weed and feed right when we checked in, it was listed for a price with an additional $10 off, when we got to the register the price was $20 higher than the advertised price. I let them know and they basically told me that they put larger sized bags up there and this was the price for the larger bags. So false advertising.

I visited Home Depot today for two reasons: I needed a few ideas on home decor, and my Grandson was purchasing plants for his Mom for Mother's Day. I started a routine of doing this with him from the time he was 6 years old... he's 14 now! I favor this location because I have never had a bad experience regarding anything about any of my visits. The cleanliness, the ambiance, the professionalism, and the quality of the products are superior to any other home improvement stores around... period! Thanks for another great visit!

I purchased items from my local store for a project for my grandson. After making my purchase had the bulk items loaded with forklifts there were 2 bags damaged without asking they added 2 additional bags as they were on the bottom for my inconvenience. While loading my lumber Kristen M. Started to assist me without asking and helped to load this was a big surprise well done
