I purchased a lamp out of state and could not find a bulb to fit the electrical unit. I had visited the "L" store down the street, but they could not help me, nor did they offer options to try and help me. So I travelled to Home Depot, and not only did the store manager Dana fix my issue, she demonstrated top notch customer service. She made me feel like I was not a bother, and she was soley there to help me. Because of her, my shopping loyalty is now Home Depot.

I’m writting the review because I felt Vincent was very helpful and very professional and deserves recognition from the store. Also, customer service people need more training on how to help people in what they need instead of just sending to run around.

Simply the rudest bunch of non-mannered individuals at this location. Unhelpful with bad attitudes. They will be extremely irritated when you ask for assistance with ANYTHING. They do have time to chit chat with each other about non-sense, and are professionals with ignoring customers.

I tried to buy plants that were advertised in the paper and the CS Rep REFUSED to honor the price. The "manager" then listened to the CS Rep say I was a bad person, then the manager also REFUSED to honor the sell price. Then the two of them humiliated and ridiculed me IN FRONT OF FIVE OTHER EMPLOYEES. I contacted the District Manager, who contacted the NEW store manager (I really hope she turns this store around!) who then sold me the plants at the advertised price - minus one that died because no one watered it. I got a hug for all my efforts - after three trips and HUMILIATION by the CS Dept. What an AWFUL STORE! WHAT AWFUL TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good luck trying to turn this corrupt, dirty and NASTY store around. It's been a smelly armpit for the seven years that I have lived in the area.I usually only go to store 638, where the staff are friendly and the store is CLEAN.

We were looking at Christmas trees and honestly very hesitant to visit your store because every single interaction we have had in your store was NEVER positive until today. Irene went above and beyond helping us today.Extremely helpful and very courteous. She was so helpful with our purchase that we bought way more than what we came in for. I deal with customers often in my industry so I expect customer service the way I provide it in my line of work. Today we got that service from Irene.

Selling price and installation of new condenser unit is too expensive for the area (Palmdale, CA). Most of the people that live in this area make a below average income. I would understand if this is in Orange County, CA. Too much add-up cost on third party contractor.

I tried to rent a truck to haul a tool cabinet I was purchasing there, but there was an issue with the ramp in the back of the truck not working. Mario offered to drive a different truck himself and have someone help deliver it. He loaded and unloaded the tool cabinet to our house. Just overall amazing help from him! Fun personality to boot.

Tony at Customer Service desk always goes above and beyond to help out and feel appreciated !

Staff always helpfull

Bad attitudes in the Customer Service department, being new doesn’t give their employees the right to blatantly disrespect customers whenever he or she desires. Very unprofessional and unfair to whomever comes to spend money with Home Depot.

Carlos at Pro desk is the man go to him for help. while a lot of people ignore or don't help this guys goes above and beyond to help you with your needs all home depots need 100 Carlos.

I've been shopping at my Home Depot for as long as it has been open I'm always happy to see how everyone (employees) treat me with respect and kindness through the store day and night. especially in days like these where it is very important to keep ones distance from one another and you guys are doing great. Best Home Depot in California!

Although Management is rude as is some of the other employees, I experienced a young man named Richard at customer service. Richard have amazing customer service skill. A lady named Donetta was also very attentive to my needs. She also has amazing customer service. Very friendly and professional individuals. Thank you Home Depot employees Richard and Donetta.

I think the store change and the staff are more knowledgeable. They use to call other staff to explain but now if you ask a person he or she will explain and show where we can find the right stuff to use. 10 thumbs up

I Love this Home Depot. I am a Home Depot loyalists. They always have such great deals.

The Crew Here are very helpful and professional . They helped me load a big tool chest in my truck and secured it for delivery.

I needed a new refridgerater and Home Depot was there to help me. It was all done quickly and I am happily waiting for it to be delivered. I will definitely shop there again!

I love the East Palmdale store. I have been shopping there since I moved to Acton 5 years ago. I always can get assistance when I need it and everyone is so friendly there.
