the store is very organized, it was easy for my to find the appliances I was looking for, Donnetta explained special prices with purchase for more than one item, and rewards on utility bills too. she is great, excellent customer service.

I highly recommend this store for any appliance purchases. I’ve been there twice for appliance purchases, the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you so much Karla Medina! You were amazing. Will always go back to purchase any new appliances from you!

The customer service is great! It is always a pleasure to shop here. Every EMPLOYEE and I mean EVERYONE here is friendly. The store is always clean and can easily find what I need.

I had a great shopping experience at this Home Depot. The employees were very helpful and very friendly. They made sure that I had what I needed, and helped me get out of there quickly. There was a great employee Donnetta who called for an employee to help me load the item in my car, and when they didn't show up, she noticed me waiting, and she came out and did it. Great service :-)

Won't waste my time in this store again

If you need something from home depot drive to the one next to the mall or Lancaster this store is not worth your time. Worst employees and store never has anything we need, or it's in stock but damaged.

I find the Home Depot on the eastside of Palmdale to be well stocked and clean, and the associates are friendly and helpful.

The home Depot in East palmdale is my favorite. The employees are the best!

This was our first trip to this store & we went there to pick up an item that our store did not have. We were very happy with our visit & with help from an associate for direction to find our item & then we had a question & it was answered by another associate. Very nice to be in a store where you can find someone when needed & when they know the answer to your question it makes it a real plus! Nice store. Our Home Depot is a good store also.

This store is always well stocked, neat and fully staffed with helpful people. Another bonus is, quite a few of the staff is in my age group (Seniors), making them extra helpful to me and my do-it-myself projects, as I am a widow and must make my own repairs (and there are many).

This Home Depot store is by far the most reliable to have the products I need, the prices posted, and friendly and helpful personnel.

This is one of my go to store. I, almost,always find what I want or need.

Rebecca and Edgar are terrible employees, they would rather hang out in a isle than to help us, you can spend over 15 minutes at the paint counter and get no help.

This store is getting better every year, personal is knowledgeable, always asking if you need help.

I have been shopping at this store for the past 5 years. I first met Bob who is fantastic, very knowledgeable! I have had great times with the monthly Children’s Work Shop, employees and Richard working Work shop are very encouraging and inviting. I have encountered Richard in the store and has assisted with my shopping needs. Tricia in door jams/trim awesome, very helpful! Richard in Customer Service extremely helpful and takes care of business, Rebecca in Paint, wonderful, very good at assisting with paint and colors. Thank you all for making my shopping so much more easier than imagable. “We love Bob”
